Always enjoy going to Greystones because we know we are going to have terrific food and tremendous service! Brought friends to celebrate a birthday and they were very impressed.

Greystones, Orangeville: Highly Recommended * Atmosphere & Service: Beautiful aesthetics, warm lighting, and exceptional service (Server Lindsay was knowledgeable and efficient). Bonus points for clean, well-maintained facilities. * Must-Try Dishes: The Sea Scallops (10/10) and Quebec Chicken (9/10) were perfectly cooked and outstanding. The Calamari and Coconut Cream Pie were also top-notch. * Constructive Note: The Sourdough was great but needs whipped butter. The Butternut Squash soup could use a citrus kick, and the Mushrooms on Toast were surprisingly cold. * The Only Miss: The Greystones Burger (6/10) was structurally weak and served with rubbery fries. * Overall: A high-end experience worth revisiting despite the burger miss. Conclusion: Great food, fantastic service, lovely spot—definitely check it out!

Totally awesome experience for our 15'th anniversary dinner. Server was top notch and food was on my top 10 list.... We will be back at some point

We had dinner here before heading to the theater because of its proximity. We were extremely pleased with the food . The burger was phenomenal and the short ribs amazing. Owen was our server and and he was extraordinary! His knowledge and attentiveness was off the charts. If you are in Orangeville do not miss out on the Graystone experience!

I don’t know if it was just a busy night (Saturday Nov 29th) lounge section, 5:30 reservation BUT there was no introduction from the waiter at all, cold and barely spoke (felt awkward), never provided any information on their dishes, nothing. There is better customer service at Swiss chalet.

One guest had the Beef Tag, waiter never offered cheese or pepper.
(To note the sauce was watery (brothy) not the type of sauce that would stick or coat the pasta).

Other guest had the steak ($69) asked for medium well; it was served medium rare in the middle and waiter didn’t come by to see how our food was until we were almost done… (the Keg has just as good of a steak dinner at almost half the cost). I definitely wouldn’t recommend the steak at the current cost.

The worst situation in a dining experience is to have to call over the waiter to send back your food especially at a high end restaurant in front of your company.

For the cost: our experience could have definitely been more complete due to the lack of service and lack of finishes on the dishes themselves.

App, steak entree, desert, drink (pop) and coffee with 18% tip = $160/one person.

I’ve heard the opposite from others who had a great experience of a waiter who’s was very knowledgeable on the dish’s served, who offered information on their meats where it comes from; how aged it is etc. waiter came by in a timely manner to check how things are, offered cheese/pepper for pasta dish.

The food has obvious great flavours and presentation, the building and decor is beautifully done… just wish our overall experience was complete. Hesitant to return or recommend for future events or date night.

My favorite restaurant of all time. We always find ourselves booking at Greystones for any and all special occasions. The food is spectacular, the service is always top notch and the atmosphere can’t be beat.

I’m a frequent flyer at Greystones and will continue to be. The atmosphere is contemporary, the service is consistently warm, and the menu evolves with modern culinary trends. The snow crab risotto is exceptional — rich, balanced, and beautifully executed (please bring this back) — and the beef carpaccio is easily one of the best I’ve had.

Greystones continues to set the bar in Orangeville.

We had an amazing dinner here last night. The food was amazing; one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. The tuna tartare was unreal, I will have dreams of this dish for sure. We also order the bread which was so good. For our mains we had the filet which was cooked perfectly and was melt in your mouth. We also ordered the duck confit gnocchi which was so delicious. There aren’t enough adjectives! Steve our server was fabulous and took could care of us. We will definitely be back!

The best tuna tartar in Ontario. Everything is so fresh and made with high quality ingredients. Service is also impeccable.
