Better than KFC thats for sure. There are some issues with order accuracy. I prefer fries over taters and theres been a few times where I've gotten home to settle in for a good meal only to find no fries.
Their storefront on apps like doordash and skip also need work. When you select a combo it states at the top 'your choice of taters OR fries' when you get to select your side theres no fry option. If you prefer certain cuts of meat like breast...

Maybe they need to increase the temperature
On their soda fridge
