I enjoy Halibut House. Their meals are large and served hot. The restaurant is very clean with nice bathroom which is also very clean and tidy. I am athletic so I am very picky about my fish and meats with zero complaints. I go once a week and it's so nice the owners remember my name! Lovely husband and wife that work really hard and it shows. Try it you'll like it!!!
Usually go to a different fish and chip restaurant but was in the area and decided to go to the Halibut House .Order the fish sandwich with fries, fish lightly battered, very good and fries excellent. Restaurant was clean and service good. Will definately go again.

I ordered a Cod and onion rings. It was great, the batter was delicious, crispy, and the fish was flavourful and juicy. I would rate 5 stars if that was the only thing I ordered. However, I also got a beef burger and fries, the patty was good but the burger was loaded with sauce and became soggy and was dripping wet. I like certain things wet... but not my burgers!
