We were from out of town and came following the Canadian Open. Restaurant was busy, we had reservations and had a great meal. The only downside was that I believe our server may have been new and therefore was unfamiliar with wines and some of the ingredients on the pizza. I would still come back though, and sit in that cozy seat at the front window.

What a fantastic dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and the food was amazing especially the calamari.
The place itself was good, nice atmosphere, quiet music, nice service. But I’m fully disappointed with the food. Pasta was raw, not even al dente. The sauce was very liquid and tasteless. We had three different positions, and only one was okey. 😕

Terrible place. We arrived at 8:25 PM when they stated they close at 9PM. They refused to seat us, stating they they don’t allow anybody to dine in any time after 8:15 and that was on a Saturday night!!! We had 2 children with us and they still refused. Terrible! Bad business.

Amazing place. Great menu, many amazing options and the items are reasonably priced. Shout- out to our server Issac, he was great in explaining the menu.
We will return to try the pizza as you and many others suggested.

Really good experience at The Craft Pizza in Orangeville. Jenna was welcoming and provided great service throughout. Food was tasty, fresh, and came out quickly. Highly recommend it.
