Unbelievably incredible!!
First time my hubby and I went to the craft and it exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious and authentic. The service was incredible.
The unlimited sparkling water was the best. But most of all was the atmosphere and the Italian music playing in the background which brought back many childhood memories with my dad. I cannot wait to bring my parents to this restaurant … my Sicilian father will love the Sicilian artwork in the restaurant 😅

Bad service: patio had seats, but told us there were none, and “nobody is leaving”. Served the wrong dish and did not apologize. Mediocre food: pizza was just okay, the spaghettis were so bland.

Truly a wonderful authentic Italian spot, right on Broadway.
Single seating or family dining, patio is also available in the summer. I had a classic Spaghetti Bolognese most recently. Done classically el dente , it was toothsome! Sauce was everything you would expect, fresh herbs used in its creation, meaty, wonderfully lucious sauce. Thanks for feeding me!

Beautiful evening spent at Craft. First off, the food was amazing. We ordered the chicken, onion, pepper pizza and the Craft signature pizza and they were perfect. The menu had so many options to choose from. They had vegetarian options as well as gluten free. The choice of cocktails was extensive. I recommend the Italian margarita. For dessert, the chocolate cake was delicious and their coffee was nice and hot. The atmosphere itself is cozy and clean and the service was top notch considering how busy the place was. Location is perfect and we did have reservations so we did not have to wait. Will definitely be returning.

I've had crab cakes all over north America, including New Orleans and the maritimes. The Craft has the best crab cakes I've ever eaten!

I just wanted to take a moment to brag a little about The Craft Pizza Bar and Italian Kitchen, because let’s be honest, when you find a spot this good, it deserves some serious love.

First of all, the food? Next level. I don’t know what kind of magic they’re working back there, but every bite is a reminder that carbs are worth it. The pizza crust hits that perfect balance between crispy and chewy, the pastas taste like they were hand-delivered from Nonna herself, and don’t even get me started on the sauces. If I could bottle them and put them on everything, I would (and I might have asked… twice).

Now, let’s talk about the team. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear these folks care. The service is warm, attentive, and just the right amount of cheeky kind of like the owner (yes, you, don’t pretend you’re not reading this). It’s obvious there’s pride in every detail, from the fresh ingredients to the perfectly poured wine. While I’m at it—I’ll say this: It’s easy for people to jump online and leave a bad review when something goes wrong, but I think we need to shout louder when places get it right. This crew is working hard, delivering consistently awesome food and service, and making people feel welcome every time. That deserves to be noticed.

The Craft is one of those rare spots that nails it on all fronts. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a night out, you leave full, happy, and already planning your return. Highly recommended, just don’t take my table.

Lunch...Buccatini Sporca...& Buccatini Pescatore...outstanding!!!!...Not only was the meal a 105/ 10....our server Anna made the whole experience PERFECT....definitely a destination spot for us to return to....Thank you all for this great experience

We had to stop to eat as my boyfriend said I sounded “hangry”… never been here before and so happy we stopped. The inside was freezing with ac in this scorching hot day… we did choose to sit outside on their patio. Was served today by Bowan! Great young man. Great service! He recommended their popular draft beer, which was very nice and cold. Now to the food: soooooo good! Compliments to the chef! We had two pizza! Capriccio I think and the vodka Roni! Both loaded with toppings and the crust was made in a stone oven! So delicious!! Will definitely return again because of the service and the food!!!

Ok I had a problem the first time…. Let me just say these guys went out of their way to make it better . This second pizza is the best I ever had . We are so happy thanks craft

We came in on our weekly date night with high hopes given the reputation and the prices on the menu, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to our expectations. While the food came out at a decent pace, we were never once checked on by our server to see how things were going. That lack of attention really set the tone.

When we finished our meals, we weren’t asked if we wanted dessert, just offered takeout boxes and handed the bill, which felt rushed and impersonal.

As for the food itself, it was underwhelming. The scallops my partner had tasted off, which was concerning, and my veal cutlet was completely bland, lacking seasoning or any standout flavour. For the price point, we were expecting much more in both quality and service.

Overall, it felt like we were just another table to turn over rather than guests to be looked after. Disappointing and not somewhere we’d be in a hurry to return.
