We always love going to the Hatter especially on Wednesdays for the wing special. If you sit the bar area we get the best service from Michelle the wine tender I call her, amazing service with a huge bubbly smile and never looks stressed no matter how busy it is. Kind of tough to eat the meat off the bone. It was almost like eating jerky at times.
