Also they will pour leftover milk and cream into your coffee from random cups on the counter, no refrigeration. Usually gets a fly infestation every spring.

Terrible service and everything takes forever even when theyre not busy. I usually place mobile orders 20 mins before i go and more often than not their not ready. Then you stand there for 10 minutes while employees ignore you even when you try to talk to them. Terrible service here. Avoid!!

Totally disgusting location. We sat in the drive thru window and looked at a massive mess of food that had been dropped behind the counter. 4 staff members walked past, stepped over and ignored the mess. Vile. Fortunately before we got back on the highway, we looked at our daughter’s BLT that was burnt. Seriously? We had to turn around and go inside, which defeats the purpose of a drive thru. The staff apologized, made a new one and gave a refund, which counts for something…but not very much given they gave it to us burnt in the first place.

Purchased 4 coffees and the server guy asked me to put the coffees into a carton !!! He just said there they are? I replied isn’t it your job to do this and I was told that sometimes he does and sometimes he doesn’t; what kind of stupidity is that? Just saying. I did tell the guy this was a first and everywhere else doe this courtesy. Wow. Got the coffee at 2:55 pm . Perhaps a manager can remind the guy why he is there!

I stop at this Tim Hortons pretty much daily, Since last week Friday the Women’s bathroom smells so bad!! The sanitary bins have been overflowing since last week and the sink has been Filthy dirty for almost 2 weeks!!!
