Really good! Very spicy butter chicken though, still very delicious regardless!

We ordered from this restaurant because 5 Rivers was having a problem with their phone system and we could not get through. What a disappointment! The portions are so small, and when you ask for NO HEAT, in other words, no hot spices....you should expect to get that. The food was too spicy for me and I won't be ordering from here again.
Well, for reference, my wife and I have been to some really good East Indian restaurants in Brampton, ON.5 Indian Sisters in Orillia has a decent enough menu to get some popular dishes for a meal. The quality and taste is A1. Can't fault that. But the portion sizes for the price are ridiculously small which makes this very expensive food. Based on that, we won't return.
My family and I just ordered basically everything. Having grown up in Ireland where there is an Indian restaurant on every corner, I was delighted to discover the 5 Indian Sisters in Orillia. This hole-in-the-wall restaurant surprised us with its quality of taste. Specifically, the "hot" chicken tikka masala, accompanied with rice and garlic naan, blew us all away, kids too. We loved it!!! While we agree, more chicken could be added, the flavor was incredible! We also enjoyed the samosas and pakoras as appetizers, but the curry/rice/naan was jaw-droppingly good. This will be a weekly occurrence for us from now on. What a find!
Super upset, I wanted to love this place but no. Paid 5$ for one piece of naam bread that was hard and stale, they didn't send half the food we ordered, and the portions we did get were super small. Very nice staff but not worth the 40$ spent.
This is not authentic Indian food. We usually order from 5 RIVERS but opted to try this because it was available on skip the dishes. I hate to leave negative reviews, but this was very bad.

Came to town for work purposes! Wanted to try some Indian cuisine, first the online menu is not updated, confusion with prices, felt way overcharged!Butter naan didn't even had butter on it, felt like eating rubber!Secondly, A complete mess up of my order. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING FROM HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TRADITIONAL INDIAN CUISINE!I was promised Curry based chana masala and that chana masala felt like I was eating frozen food. Ordered Rasmalai, Ended up getting 3 pieces of very small rasgulla. I rounded up the amount to $40 even though my total wasn't that, but now I feel i shouldn't even have done that. Complete waste of money, should have gone to Dominoz next door.Really Dissapointed*
Worst Tiffan service ..sending old food daily never ever take tiffin from them…I have to cook my own food daily ..and am throwing their tiffin ..so be aware ..dont take their monthly tiffin ..non refundable
Tried to order and no answer the phone
Wasn't there! Never been there. I was next door at first choice for a haircut ☺️ this happens a lot ?
