We have had take out quite a few times from 5 Rivers and dined in today for the first time. The food is always amazing, restaurant is super clean and all staff are friendly and helpful! We have tried a variety of different dishes there and they are all amazing. Great potion sizes as well- highly recommend.

"lost" this location a number of years ago, never thought to check maps. Assumed it was gone until I saw it in the local paper.
Called in the order while driving from Barrie.
Restaurant is so clean and service very attentive and friendly. Stopped last week and picked up some Dal, Lamb Vindaloo, Naan etc.
Delicious. So delicious! Incredible value! Expected cost to be 20% higher. Terrific option to be able to choose a medium or large size takeout portion.
Asked for extra hot Vin but it was not. Guess we'll need to be very clear next time ordering haha.. just added some ghost pepper @ home to add that extra heat desired.
Will be back very soon. Probably this week.

The food they made with so much love. It's so delicious and tasty. I just love the dishes.
We’ve eaten here twice and we’re hooked! The food is so fresh, the flavours are amazing and the staff are so friendly. The server was great at recommending a dish she thought our kids would like (Shani paneer) and she was correct- they loved it! Definitely recommend.
Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian friendly options!
Kid-friendliness: They were so kind to our kids- even made them spice free samosas on the spot. I don’t know if that was just a special 1-time thing but they were so accommodating and made it a great experience so my kids will eat their food again (which makes mom and dad happy).

Visited Canada last summer and came across this gem! Tried their food, and was well impressed. Excellent blend of spices and flavors that far exceed what I’ve tried in California. Clean restaurant, great service. Would definitely go back if ever in the area!
