Went through drive thru to be served by a very rude boy who shoved our food out to us and never acknowledged us once except for a look on his face that said now get out of here because I hate my job.

Cold Nasty burgers called to complain and they hung, a and w was my favorite for over 20 years , now I probably won't ever go there again, bad food and rude

I ordered lunch here today Jan 5/2024 my order took 10 minutes while people after me were getting their orders before mine was ready , part of my order sat out getting cold while the struggle to complete the rest staff just stood around talking , while the floors need to be swept and washed there was food and split drinks on the floor and dirt from peoples shoes ( yes I know it’s winter) then I saw staff give away free products the food was great but they lack on keeping thing clean ,

I came in for a nice breakfast. Everyone just stood around and I had to go closer to order. I wanted the big breakfast. (i thought it came with coffee) I had to ask her to repeat several times. She would not speak up. They used to have it on a dinner plate and serve it to your table. Not this time. Just slapped down on the counter. Then I went to get napkins. wow! They were packed in there so tight every napkin came out ripped. The gentleman before me said yes he had the same problem.

Ordered $50 of food for my family. All of the chicken was old, soggy and floppy. The pop machine was flat and they said it’s working.Staff was too busy socializing to care.Absolutely horrible meal. A complete waste of $50 and I won’t be back.

We have eaten in and used take out at this location. Always a great experience. Customer service is always good, friendly, happy and pleasant. Food is accurately prepared and cooked well. A great place to eat in or take out.

I wasn’t impressed with the service in the drive threw, I normally don’t complain about service but I found the drive threw employee rather rude, I understand working with the public is stressful, but you do have to kind and not rude when customers ask questions. Perhaps retraining in manners for that employee would nice.The food was ok, they screw up the kids meal gave a chicken burger instead of burger kind of disappointing when you have a hungry child upset. Also food is expensive.Wouldn’t recommend this A&W right now.

Yesterday I the guy that took my order was Very rude, unfriendly, seemed very angry like he didn’t want to be there and the customers were putting him out by even coming to the restaurant and ordering food. Definitely not the type of person I’d want representing a company, especially being the first and only customer contact. Food was good though, but I wouldn’t go back just because of him.
