Went through the drive through at about 8:30 PM. Only one car infront of me but for some reason it took over ten minutes before I could pull up. Once at the window my food was still not ready and I was asked to park. Once parked I waited another 6 minutes before my food came. Now that I had the food and was thinking it would be fresh due to the wait, I was mistaken. The burgers were cold and the fries were undercooked, soggy and tasted frozen in the middle. Very disappointed with this last visit.

Normally love coming here however tonight I got a teen burger combo with sweet potato fries. The fries weren’t cooked and my Sprite tasted like mould. Pretty disappointing for $17

I went to get a coffee (best coffee of any fast food chain) and realized in my hurry I hadn’t fed my dog. I ordered him a buddy burger when the staff informed me they have pup patties! What a great customer service idea! Problem solved, money saved and a happy dog. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the place is always spotless, I’m a frequent customer.

We stopped in for gas decided to pick up a couple of teen burgers for a treat well it was very disappointing not anything like the teen burgers we've had in the past sadly we'll not return if this is the new quality of the burgers

I asked for hot oan cakes and they were given to me cold I asked if I could get hot ones and the cashier was rude like I offended her.
