Went to drive thru at 8:05 pm on Friday night. Ordered 2 chicken burgers and 1 onion rings for an outrageous $29.58. At the pay window we were told to pull at the front door and wait 6 min. She would bring the order out to the car. There was a car parked there so we parked before the front door. When she brought out order she went to the parked car first then realized it wasn’t us. She came towards our car, threw the bag through the driver window and said next time park in front of the door and she walked away. We tried to call her back but she refused to come back. We drove into the drive thru by again to tell her how rude she was and that next time she should tell you the order will take longer then usually so you have a choice to change your mind. She refused to talk to us at the drive thru and just said have a good night and walked away
This is horrific service and she should loose her job if she doesn’t treat paying customers with some respect. We will never use this A&W again!

Very Rude Manager , she dint took our order and asked us to leave the A&W . This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the values of professionalism, respect, and inclusivity that should be upheld in any workplace, especially in a public-facing environment like a restaurant . I believe such behavior not only reflects poorly on your establishment but also contributes to a toxic environment that could alienate and hurt patrons.

I went in today, September 2 and bought a teen burger combo. When the young lady behind the cash told me my total, I realize I didn’t have enough cash on me and was willing to pay With debit as I was about $1.50 short. The Young lady behind the counter said don’t worry about it and she put her own money in. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this kind of customer service in a restaurant and I’ve worked in Them for over 30 years. Unfortunately, l dud not catch her name, but I just want to say a huge thank you to her As she went above and beyond The customer service standards. This young lady should be recognized for this. I’m sorry I did not get your name, but please please please Keep up the great work you did not go unnoticed

Ordered lunch and breakfast on consecutive days. Staff was rude both times, incredibly slow for no apparent reason and argued with me about what I ordered when I advised my order was incorrect. Would recommend going to another location and not to this one.
