I've been coming here for 5+ years now and it's always solid food and beverages. I love the cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Sometimes service feels a bit rushed during busier times. Coffee is good but I haven't had good luck with some teas (the chai tea was overly sugary, like a syrup). However, I have noticed that prices seem to have skyrocketed here in recent months. Understanding food costs have gone up, it was a shock to spend over $20 on a coffee and a panini recently. You can find better food & prices in other local cafes/restaurants downtown.Dietary restrictions: Love that they offer dairy-free milks for hot drinks. Based on the menu, it's not clear if they could/would accommodate gluten-free or other dietary restrictions. It would be great if the menu was better labelled.

I always meet with great people here, so that might be why it has such a comfortable farm-house kitchen feel. The staff are friendly and the table service is perfect.

Had sticky toffee and cappuccino, fantastic treatment from the staff. I have explored a lot of places on my 17000km tour of Canada, and this is a place I'll remember to stop by again for sure.

The butter tart and banana bread were amazing! Great tea too. The customer service was sub par. Felt rushed and was spoken to in a condescending tone when I asked questions about the menu. You may want to speak to your service team about how they speak to customers. Didn't feel very welcoming.

My first visit and I loved every second. I stopped in for a quick bite and latte before a busy afternoon. I immediately felt welcomed. The space is so warm and cozy and the food / drink was equally great! Will come back!

First time visiting because I wanted to try something new. Tried the goat cheese and roasted vegetable sandwich and an almond croissant - both are 10/10!! Got an oat latte before I left and it was made perfectly.
