Feedback on my recent Arbynator purchase
I wanted to share my feedback on the Arbynator I purchased today. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations in terms of presentation and taste. I've attached some photos for reference. I believe there might be room for improvement in these areas. Nonetheless, I still enjoy your other menu items and will definitely be returning for more. Just thought I'd provide some constructive feedback from a customer's perspective. Thank you for taking the time to listen.

Never been here before but loved the food.Reuben sandwich was great.The staff however were the selling point...pleasant and helpful in a small town friendly way. Barrie fast food places have mostly lost that feeling. We will go back.

Should be more of them, maybe a popup in Collingwood would be nice!!!
I find everytime I go to Arby's now the bread does not taste the same . The amount of cheese sauce is to much it drips all over the place . This one also over cooked the curly fries .

I was on my way back from Bracebridge and saw Arby's sign on the highway in Orillia. There isn't a Arby's anywhere near me and I remember liking it - it's been about 20 years. For fast food it was better than I remember it (cheddar jalapeno sandwich), I love the curly fries, the service and staff we very friendly and the restaurant was super clean. I'll definitely be back when passing through town.
Always very clean. The staff is always great friendly and helpful with suggestions. The meals are always tip notch. Iv been several times. No jeets which is a nice change.

Almost impossible to turn left out of this location. Service was good, clean restaurant. The beef and cheddar meal was tasty. I also tried the jr. Buffalo chicken sandwich, not so good: dry chicken, too much hot sauce, barely any Lettuce. I'll try something different next time, maybe the regular sized buffalo chicken sandwich is better.

Fabulous experience start to finish. Everyone was extra friendly and extremely accommodating. Makes such a difference when you go to a restaurant that people are friendly, speak pleasantly, and smile. We had a huge order and I kept having to change it and they did not act frustrated at all! They went out of the way to make sure it was a great experience. I would be so pleased if these people were my employees. Also the food was very fresh hot and delicious.
