I was on my way back from Bracebridge and saw Arby's sign on the highway in Orillia. There isn't a Arby's anywhere near me and I remember liking it - it's been about 20 years. For fast food it was better than I remember it (cheddar jalapeno sandwich), I love the curly fries, the service and staff we very friendly and the restaurant was super clean. I'll definitely be back when passing through town.

Always very clean. The staff is always great friendly and helpful with suggestions. The meals are always tip notch. Iv been several times. No jeets which is a nice change.

Almost impossible to turn left out of this location. Service was good, clean restaurant. The beef and cheddar meal was tasty. I also tried the jr. Buffalo chicken sandwich, not so good: dry chicken, too much hot sauce, barely any Lettuce. I'll try something different next time, maybe the regular sized buffalo chicken sandwich is better.

Fabulous experience start to finish. Everyone was extra friendly and extremely accommodating. Makes such a difference when you go to a restaurant that people are friendly, speak pleasantly, and smile. We had a huge order and I kept having to change it and they did not act frustrated at all! They went out of the way to make sure it was a great experience. I would be so pleased if these people were my employees. Also the food was very fresh hot and delicious.

A couple nights ago I had an excellent customer service experience at this Arby's with the lady who took my order. She was friendly, helpful and got me my food in less than five minutes.
Bathrooms clean, sauces stocked up, all the trimming and surfaces were in great shape. Once I tore into the takeaway bag all my requested sauce packets were in there and the food was warm, prepared correctly and organized with sanity.
I've always loved Arby's (check out my Oshawa review) but the Orillia location is similarly a well oiled machine that will get you the beef and cheddar of your dreams!

Amazing Arby’s in Orillia! The restaurant is super clean, and for us Torontonians who have to travel way outside the city to satisfy our roast beef and cheddar cravings, this visit hit the spot. The staff was friendly (and completely understanding at our more than normal sized order) and the food was spot on. 6 Beef and Cheddars later with curly fries and mozzarella sticks we rolled out of there completely happy and satisfied. Of course, we took some turnovers with us for tea later ? Thanks so much Arby’s Orillia! See you again next year!!!

Lisen here, there aren't that many Arby's left in Ontario so when you can get to one and enjoy a nice Beef n Cheddar you gotta take the opportunity to do so.
