Amazing Arby’s in Orillia! The restaurant is super clean, and for us Torontonians who have to travel way outside the city to satisfy our roast beef and cheddar cravings, this visit hit the spot. The staff was friendly (and completely understanding at our more than normal sized order) and the food was spot on. 6 Beef and Cheddars later with curly fries and mozzarella sticks we rolled out of there completely happy and satisfied.

Glad to see they made it through COVID i visit this Arby's regularly. It saw its struggles with staffing but happy to see they are well above average in the customer service department. The team there works as a team which is rare. Food is consistent each and every time and fast. Never had a bad experience.
