Loud, expensive, and food is so-so. It's a bar atmosphere for college kids who enjoy talking at the top of their lungs. The food is much cheaper and better at Theos Restaurant, which has a much calmer atmosphere. If you enjoy talking very loud to communicate at a meal, enjoy over paying for below average food, then, this is the place for you. NOT recommended, by any means.

Garbage meal and service tonight for my wife’s birthday dinner. Her chicken club comes with less than half the chicken it should have and covered with melted cheese all over the bun. She noticed when she took her first bite and it had no chicken. She said she wasn’t paying for a club with no chicken and would just take a small pepperoni pizza to go since we were half done our meal at that point. The kids fries were half cooked and soggy. I had the steak that was 25% fat and my garlic toast was 2 tiny slivers of baguette. When my wife’s pizza came it looked like it was thrown in the box and no where near cut evenly. Our server definitely hated her job and has no customer service skills… expecting us to pay for the piss poor pizza my wife was given after she missed her birthday meal with her family. Thanks Boston pizza for garbage service and ruining my wife’s birthday dinner.

Went in with a some what of a large group, more kids then adults lol, and the waitress was very good at what she was doing and helping out above and beyond making sure everyone was taken care of and everything was on par, I really wish I remembered her name she deserves alot of credit for what she does,

This Boston Pizza goes above and beyond. Despite becoming unexpectedly busy, the staff were organized, the manager stepped in, and everyone worked as a team to process all of the orders efficiently. Our family had a great experience!
