The food was alright. The nacho chips were overcooked, and the cheese wasn't melted. The Panera bread was also burnt around the edges. I honestly would've sent it back, but other parties didn't want to.

Had a work Christmas party and while we were eating a cockroach crawled up from under the table. We squished it with a napkin and told a server. When we told the one server she made a face and then laughed. Told the other server and he took the napkin and said I’ve never seen a bug in here before. The lack for concern and laughing was rude and very unprofessional. It completely wreck my appetite! I will not be eating there again!

Tonight we went to BP for Monday Night Football as we do most weeks due to their NFL game day menu. When we got there baseball was on every TV as it was game 7 for the blue jays so we decided to watch this!
About 2/3 of the way through I said to the manager, Teresa, “Hey, my beers are still good for the NFL Gameday price, right?” She quickly shot back with a “No.” I replied, “Oh, it’s football Monday though” before I could even finish she yells, “If you’re going argue about it just have it.”
To say I was shocked is an understatement. Our group all immediately decided to get out bills and leave. I understand that nights can be stressful and we all have bad days but I’ve never encountered such rude service before. Especially for asking a harmless question.
Lauren, our server and the bartender was amazing. 5/5 highly recommend. She is the sole reason we will return if we decide too.
