The location is easy to get to from town
The atmosphere is a nice family restaurant on one side, bar on the other with the option of a patio
The food was great, the menu had good options.
You can come with groups here as they have the setting for that also

Our server was clearly inexperienced. Our food took longer than usual and she brought the kids meals out first. My son was done his meal by the time the rest of us got our food. 3 out of 6 dishes were cold. 1 dish was sent back but the delay on getting a warm dish was so long we asked for a take out container. At no point did a manager come to our table. The server apologized the cold food but we won't be rushing back any time soon.

Asked for an extra pasta sauce for my dinner when leaving and they charged me for 3 times for extra sauces to go
At 3.49 each. This is very unfair, when you only order 1 extra sauce. The food is still good

We had a great experience at Boston Pizza! The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was truly impeccable — our server went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

I ordered the chicken parmesan, which was delicious. My only small wish is that they’d use the same sauce on the pasta as they do on the chicken — it would have tied the dish together perfectly. That said, the portions were absolutely huge, so you’ll definitely leave full (and maybe even with leftovers!).

Overall, a great meal with wonderful service — we’ll be back! 🍝🍗

Rachel C was fabulous! We got the triple play as an appetizer and chicken and mushroom fettuccine! Everything was absolutely delicious and came in a timely manner. Our service was wonderful. She went above and beyond.!

Food is overpriced and mediocre at best. Ordered takeout. Had wings with garlic mash and a salted caramel cookie. Wings were terrible, hardly any sauce, real bad quality chicken. Potatoes were bland. Save your money, go to Walmart, get a frozen box of chicken wings and make them at home, I dare say they would be better.

Absolutely Disgusted – We Walked Out

This week, my partner and I decided to have dinner at Boston Pizza in Orillia. While the dining side was fairly busy, we were offered a small booth near the kitchen. As we approached the table, the hostess hastily dropped the menus and returned to her station without a word—not a great start, but not the main issue.

As we began to sit, a cloud of fruit flies erupted from the booth wall and table area. It was absolutely revolting. We immediately stepped away and informed the hostess that we couldn’t sit there due to the infestation, and asked to move to a booth on the bar side. While that table also had a few fruit flies hovering (much fewer, thankfully), the table was sticky and the floor on the way there felt grimy as well.

At that point, we decided to leave—and I have never walked out of a restaurant before. The level of uncleanliness was appalling, especially considering the proximity of the original booth to the kitchen. If the fruit flies are that bad in the dining area, I can only imagine what it’s like where the food is prepared.

With restaurant prices being what they are today, diners deserve a clean environment and peace of mind that their food is safe. This experience was beyond disappointing—it was disturbing. We will not be returning.

Went into Boston Pizza. Went to the bathroom before we ordered. Unfortunately, the toilets in the women's bathroom room were dirty. I could see the base of the toilet and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Very dirty. Some bathroom tiles were broken. My first reaction was to leave. My husband told me he just ordered. I had to really try to get past the bathroom experience. The food was good and the dining room seemed clean. Not sure I can go back. It's to bad because I like Boston Pizza.

The staff Sheilla Lauren Jordan Tereasa and all are amazing led by the owner Brady. They must have a great training program.
The food is spectacular. We have also had to use takeout for a couple of meetings. The presentation is equal to the food. Treat yourself you won't be disappointed!

The au jue for the cheesesteak dip sandwich was bland. Everything else was perfect. Service is excellent as always. Best bartenders around. $50 tip all day long.

This Review is entirely based on Katie the Bartender/server. We were there during her first week serving at this location and our family will continue to return based on her service. Food is always good, atmosphere is okay, tables are often not level, bathroom could use more attention etc…But Katie’s service is second to none. I have been in the hospitality industry for 18+ years and I only hope management realizes how stellar she is. Well done Katie

Came here on Mother's Day with my family. The servers were very attentive, and the service itself wasn't that bad. The food did take some time to come, but our food was still good nonetheless. Also. +1 for giving flowers to the mothers :)
