I had a craving for fish and chips.....this place was recommended....I went there yesterday to pick up an order...the food was fresh and delicious and generous portions. The food was well wrapped and was still hot when I got home....nice...The the restaurant was extremely busy but the young lady at the cash was so kind and friendly. I noted that all the staff seemed so calm and relaxed...grace under pressure kinda thing....very impressive....go there....prices are so reasonable....next time I'm definitely staying for dinner.....

I must tell you that I've been in Ontario for over 9 years, and being from Newfoundland, fish is our thing. I have had fish and chips at other locations, but nobody has come close to this wonderful little place!!! Scrumptious, crunchy, delicious halibut!!! These fine people serve a huge plate full of two good-sized pieces of fish cooked to perfection and tons on hearty filling fries with an order of gravy which was a little too thick for my liking, but still tasted delicious. The young lady who served me was very friendly and polite and spoke very well. Overall, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this quaint little hideaway 100% They say first impressions are important, I agree. ♥️👌👊👏👏👏👏

Their batter is fire, it's very light and crispy but has a great coating. I only got the lunch special white roughy and chippies. Side of mushy peas. Great deal and serving for the price. They have malt vinigar at the table (most important imo). Just wish the mushy peas serving size was a bit bigger it's kinda small 😔 great atmosphere though top notch

Amazing battered mushrooms. The fish batter was crispy and light. I only wish the pieces of fish were larger inside. Fries were very good. Not a fancy place but exactly the cozy fish and chip shop atmosphere I enjoy. Excellent service.
