I had an amazing experience at the Orillia Burger King! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The food was served quickly and was fresh and delicious—especially the Whopper, which was cooked perfectly. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant meal. Overall, this location exceeded my expectations and provided a great fast-food experience. Highly recommend!

Stopped here last week. Ordered whopper combo with extra tomato and extra mayo and no salt on fries. They asked for my name but when calling instead of my name said "heavy mayo". However, the burger did not have even a regular mayo, maybe just one drop. Burger was lukewarm, probably, reheated. There was no grilled taste to it. Fries were good though. Clean premises.

Came in on a Wednesday. Ordered the usual whopper Wednesday special for 2 of us.
There was a bit of a confusion that resulted in a delay. Someone came out from the office and took charge. "I need this order for Nikki, right now!" It was a nice feeling to see the passion and urgency. He gave us an extra burger(the mixed up one) and apologized for keeping us waiting. We appreciate the gesture and thank you for your effort. We have been to this location many times. Deals are pretty good and service is adequate. Food can be hit and miss in terms of taste but overall its alright fast food place in town.
