I can't comment as to atmosphere. We don't eat BK often. We ordered through drive-through, and we didn't get our sandwiches. Two burgers, sides and a drink was over $30. I reached out to customer support, they offered me a $10 credit in their app. I don't think we'll be eating here again.
Food is Mediocre at best when they don’t mess your order up because they are rushing you through the drive-through when you get certain staff some staff here is great most of them are rude and abrupt and at that I ordered a mobile order and the employee called me sex instead of Lex totally inappropriate avoidable mistake if they had just paid attention then went through the drive through without a mobile order and employee was rushed and rude

I placed an order on my way through Orillia last Wednesday evening. Never in my life have I dealt with such a cheap Burger King !!! 32 Nuggets i ordered - Four 8 packs to be exact that where over cooked, and asked the young girl multiple times for extra sauces after my order was given to me - I was ignored during my request. What is 2 packs of sauce supposed to do ?? My order didn't just consist of nuggets so after spending almost $50 I feal very disappointed as a paying customer. I made mention very loudly and clearly that I wouldn't be returning to this store
