OMG, never again. Sorry buddy, I guess they should have trained you properly, but honestly it was a disaster... The poor guy stayed friendly even tho he was totally overwhelmed. Started my order, but didn't listen well instead of burritos he was going to make burrito bowls after the fourth time he got it. But than he stated he had to do an order which was coming in before my order... (2 burittos) So nobody Infront of me, my order got started, than interrupted and continued... It wouldn't have been that bad if it the hole process to finish my order wouldn't have taken almost an hour. Food was cold. Two out of five or it down after the first bite. It really wasn't good.
Please train your people, it's not fair to your workers or customers.

Oof. The food was just, well, kinda gross unfortunately. I’ll eat almost anything, but this meal made me squeamish. The server was nice, but, he didn’t look like he knew how to make actual edible food. I was getting the large size burrito bowl, and he was putting just a sprinkling of each thing in the bottom of the bowl. I said “I’m a big eater, that’s why I asked for the large, can you put more in please?” He said sure, and added like 3 more beans, 4 more pieces of pepper, then reached under the counter to grab the BIG BAG of lettuce, which unfortunately looked like it had been there for a week. He grabbed two big drippy handfuls, sort of squeezed out and shook off the liquid (from it being partially rotted I think) and then STUFFED it into the bowl, kind of packing it in. It was so unappetizing 🤢. Most of the trays were empty, so it wasn’t even like I could even sub for other veggies, so I just waited until I’d paid (way too much) and waited till I was back on the road and threw the handfuls of lettuce out the window as I drove away, and ate my 6 beans and spoon of rice :-(. Again, the guy was nice, and I think he was trying to be helpful, but preparing food was clearly not his strong suit. Nor was he given much to work with 😬.

Best burrito place in Orillia! Our family orders from here three times a week—we just can’t get enough! The food is always amazing, and the owner even delivers to our home for free, which is super generous. The staff are incredibly friendly ❤️ and always make sure everything’s perfect. We absolutely love this place!

I asked for beans and roasted veggies. Tge roasted veggies were nit roasted they were a bit of red sliced peppers and a lot of red oinion warmed in the microwave. Not impressed. All the other food items were fine.

Went almost everyday for school and the service was great the one guy who works there always made me and friends laugh and was never in a bad mood. He deserves something for putting up with us the whole year. I will definitely recommend.

Sarabjot the store supervisor is amazing in the orillia location. Frequent flyers as this is my go to spot. Amazing quality foods and multiple selections to fit every dietary need. They are partnered with yogen fruz also to go with their delicious desserts as always. Clean friendly atmosphere. The best 5 star burritos and the bonus is they provide catering options. Check it out *****
This store is amazing. My tap wouldn't work and we had a problem with the cash/debit. He refunded the purchase and we did a separate order super fast due to the long line up and handled the problem with excellent professionalism.

Firstly I asked if could get a some roasted veggies on the side instead of on my meal and asked if maybe there was a container the lady could put them in. The lady behind the counter audibly laughed at my request and said” I don’t have a container to put veggies in”. Then I ordered some frozen yogurt and I did ask for a small but the it was the smallest frozen yogurt I’ve seen, definitely got ripped off. Probably won’t be back.

Every time we are given more than enough food and the owner provides everything needed to make distributing the burrito bowls run smoothly and efficiently. The service is simply impeccable and the food is top quality. Overall wonderful experience!
