A out of the way place but it's so worth it. Dave and his wife go out of there to make your stay rememberable.

We had their burgers in this charming little restaurant. They were fantastic, you can taste the care used in their food. We chatted with the owner, he seasons fresh beef and prepared the meal himself. We most certainly will be back for fish Friday.

This place is cute as a button! The server we had (presumably one of the owners) was an absolute delight. She was extremely accommodating and attentive. The food came out very fast, hot and delicious! This restaurant uses quality ingredients. Portions are huge! Pricing is very fair for quality and portion size. I suspect anyone referencing otherwise has not been exposed to the rise in quality food costs for a small family restaurant business.
It was very obvious to me this family takes pride in their business. The hardworking lady who took care of us was very diligent about the cleanliness of the dining room. Would recommend!

Love love love will definitely be back great service friendly atmosphere amazing food 10/10 will for sure recommend. Love the cute signs hanging up very cute . Owner was very friendly patient as soon as walk in door greeting fast service amazingly cooked to perfection and makes sure coffee is filled whenever needed love that ! Will be back .

Came into Orillia for an appointment, felt peckish and found the most quaint little mom and pop place I've seen in a while. The captain (Dave) is absolutely attentive, and their food is fantastic. As a place that's been in service for 6 years during the covid hard times, I think that they have done exceptional. Awesome experience!! The crispy chicken does not fall short of her name!! A crunch like no other but moist on the inside!! Not only is the place clean and rustic, it really gives you a home feel. Thankyou so much for the service today!! Left full and overall pleased with my experience here!!

Food was overpriced but edible. Service was not as friendly as I'd expected. The place is really small inside. They also false advertise on patio season being open. My hubby, son, and myself went on a beautiful sunny day, we wanted to be on patio as big sign in front of restaurant stated patio season, and yet patio was closed. The bathroom was dirty and had cobwebs with dust collected on them. Would not recommend and won't go back. It's really unfortunate that a locally owned diner has franchise restaurant prices. The locally owned restaurant I serve/work at is better priced, and you get more for your buck. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I am truly disappointed as I like supporting local businesses.
