We stumbled upon Captains Grill on our way from North Bay to Hamilton. We’d been driving a couple hours and were hungry so we looked up poutine nearby and here we are!
The portions are incredible… I’ll be reheating poutine all weekend 👍

Delicious Halibut and fries came with very generous portions! Crispy fries were hand cut perfectly done. Coleslaw was homemade and tasty. Tartar sauce and lemon all included.

Dave and Karen have set up a lovely spot with delicious food and warm atmosphere. Not only were they both open, kind and fun - the food was delicious, servings exceptionally large and the menu was specific and creative! Took home leftovers and enjoyed every bite!
