Super long wait at drive through. Plenty of excuses made by staff. Unfathomable how a fast food joint could run out of cooked meat for sandwiches. First time eating here, probably my last. Waffle fries were good but tge sandwich was meh. Chick fil a sauce was nothing g to write home about.

Absolutely incredible all around. It was my boyfriend and I’s first time ever trying Chick-fil-a this morning and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff, the clean welcoming store, and the food were all fantastic. Huge shoutout to the staff for making our first time easy and memorable. Amazing!!

Been to this location 3 times. Each time I asked for no pickles on my sandwich. First time I got pickles on my sandwich. Sticker on it said “no pickles” honest mistake. Second and third times they Jsut took one with pickles and took them out of the sandwich. They even admitted it on my second visit and apologized. After the third one I just won’t return. Live close to it but won’t go to this location. Never had an issue with the Barrie location

This was the best Chick Fil A experience ever! I normally go the ones in Toronto. These guys are next level in terms of cleanliness! Seriously, I could eat off your floors! Everyone here was super friendly! Food here is unreal, hotter and fresher than Downtown Toronto/Shops on Don Mills.
