Great atmosphere and a busy spot, but we were seated right away and served within a reasonable time, especially considering the crowd. We started with the deep-fried pickles, which tasted identical to the ones at Montana’s—not a bad thing at all, they were fantastic! My son had the smash burger and really enjoyed it. I went with the nachos (skipped a few toppings by choice), and they were very tasty and satisfying. I didn’t try the beer this time, so I can’t comment on that, but the food and service were solid. Would definitely visit again.

Stopped for lunch after a walk at the beach. Patio is dog friendly and they had water bowls available. Canadian Burger was delicious and the mayo with the sweet potato fries was amazing. Service was so quick and staff is super friendly

Today we celebrated our daughter and her fiancé’s engagement in the upstairs room. What a wonderful experience. Thank you so much Allie for all you did to help us prepare for this event and for being there today to make sure everything went smoothly. Shout out to Taylor for all your hard work today. I would highly recommend this venue for any future event.

Best burger I've had in a long time. Great service, great atmosphere.

The beer is good. I ordered fish and chips for dinner. Disgustingly greasy fish. Could not finish it. The fries/chips were horrible as we. Cannot recommend.

They destroyed the whole experience ! Who ever did the interior design please get another career. 12 foot partitions ? It used to be our favorite. The poor entertainer is playing to a wall ! And the two Patti burger is now only one . The local brewery feel is gone , no more view of the beer kettles. It not only feels cramped , but if you have the bad luck of getting a high top table “elbows out” or you will get bumped ! I give it one star because the Black River Stout is still fantastic. We will not be back until they take down the silly 12 foot partitions walls I think you can tear them down in one weekend

This used to be my boyfriend’s and my favourite spot before Couch merged with Brewery Bay. We stopped in on a Saturday for dinner to check out the renovations, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

The space felt incredibly cramped and overcrowded—we felt like we could barely breathe. Servers were squeezing past our table carrying multiple plates, and it felt like we were one bump away from being soaked in food or beer. If you use a wheelchair, I would not recommend this place due to the tight layout.

As for the food, we both ordered fries with ketchup, but the ketchup was honestly one of the worst condiments I’ve ever had. It was bland, grainy, and tasted like plain tomato paste. Please bring back the smoky ketchup and the aioli dip—those were far superior.

The renovations also included several new walls, which really closed off the space and made it feel less open and welcoming.

I used to love both Couch and Brewery Bay as separate dining experiences, but combining them just doesn’t work for us.

I don’t drink beer BUT love their amazing cocktails. Chicken wings are the best in town. Friendly customer service that is quick. Highly recommend.

this brewery is top notch, from the servers, to the bartenders, kitchen staff .. everyone is so kind and helpful. great food, great beer! make this your next stop through town or come in to support local. you won’t regret it !

I was here for a beer after work but I ended up buying a pack of 12 and having dinner thanks to the good attention they offered me. Their food and craft beer is delicious In addition I fell in love with the girl who served me. Thanks a lot

Great beer. Great Nachos with pickled jalapenos. Great service.

There are no prices in their store so it's a crapshoot if it's going to be $4 or $15 a can. The beers are good though.

I have been in the search for the best burgers in 2024 and this place is in my top 3 and definitely number 1 for Orillia. Ask for crispy fries!
