Bought a birthday cake. Staff was super helpful. Forgot my cold packs and I had 45+minute drive home with an ice cream cake. The staff got some ice into an old shopping bag and my cake was solid when I got home. They really helped

Just ordered $50 worth of food, fries were definitely not fresh and burger patties were all burnt.. absolutely nothing tasted fresh, threw half the food away, will not be ordering again

Disappointed that you can't choose your own blizzard flavours. They won't allow you to substitute any choices. They also have a language barrier and have trouble understanding customers. Really wish there were more options in Orillia for ice cream.

Ice cream is great, but the lady got my order wrong despite me correcting her 2 times while taking the order and once while she was making it, seemed very annoyed when I told her it was wrong

Great ice cream and treats, but the store was very dirty. Fruit flies all over the place and the person who took my order was too busy looking at the Uber screen.

Went to place a $30 + order and use a BOGO coupon and the the lady said I needed to scan the coupon, I told her there’s nothing to scan as it’s a code that expires in 15 minutes. She grabbed a supervisor who then decided to tell me system is down. I asked for it to be applied manually and he refused. I mentioned my concern that now my coupon is invalid for the future and he said no you can reuse it. I walked out and left since the guy didn’t want to do what he was supposed to. I think he thought I was dumb when I’ve done cash my whole life, prices can be overridden manually but he instead wanted to be greedy! And, I was right and my coupon expired and I no longer have access to it anymore! Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and management at this establishment!

I am very disappointed with this particular Dairy Queen in Orillia. The quality control is not there. I have been going to Dairy Queen in Orillia 20 years ago—and now that I live in Toronto currently. The buster bars for example have a maximum of 5 peanuts in them in Orillia whereas the ones in Toronto are amazing with over 15. The cakes in Orillia do not have the cookie filling based on specs whereas Orillia cakes have virtually none.
This is a cost savings initiative in Orillia and Dairy Queen should be auditing as they are not following recipe. Please look into this as loyal customers in Orillia has stopped going.
Very disappointing that there is no consistency at this Orillia site.

Went here for a chocolate dipped ice cream cone. The cone sizes are very generous for the price, and no complaints about the ice cream. I was fortunate that it wasn't too busy considering it was summer. If you haven't tried DQ ice cream, then you're missing out.
