Bought a birthday cake. Staff was super helpful. Forgot my cold packs and I had 45+minute drive home with an ice cream cake. The staff got some ice into an old shopping bag and my cake was solid when I got home. They really helped
Disappointed that you can't choose your own blizzard flavours. They won't allow you to substitute any choices. They also have a language barrier and have trouble understanding customers.
Really wish there were more options in Orillia for ice cream.
