Delivery staff are very friendly :)
Husband ordered pizza to be delivered to work, there was construction so the driver didn’t bother to deliver the pizza! When they called to see where the pizza was, the girl hung up on them! Terrible customer service. The right way to treat a customer would have been to apologize for the delivery drivers mistake and to send a pizza free of charge. Guess your employees feel it’s acceptable to just hang up on people! 🙄
