Excellent place.
Food is tasty.
Infinite stars to cocktails. My husband and I absolutely loved their drinks menu. He is obsessed with their red wine sangrias and I’m more into the excellent sours 😍

I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. It was incredible. The waitress was super helpful too . The ambiance was really nice there. So nice to see waterfront restaurants in Simcoe area.

My wife and I dined at Fare knowing that it would be expensive, but we wanted a special meal for our wedding anniversary. With high prices come high expectations and we were very disappointed. The food was okay, but was served in kid's portions. My pork braciola came with three half pieces of carrots that were the length of my baby finger and a scoup of mashed potatos that was the size of half of a tennis ball. Half of the pork was overcooked/dry. My wife's honey butter masala chicken included bok choy. It was literally one half of a baby bok choy with a small scoop of rice. Despite there only being three other couples and one group of four dining, we waited for 15 minutes after eating our main meal before one of their four waiters came by to ask if we wanted dessert. While one waiter was often busy preparing drinks at the bar, the other three huddled there and chatted. For a $125 pre-tax meal for two, we expected something special but left disappointed. It wasn't worth it.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner. Wonderful atmosphere…. So cozy and a nice touch having the throw blankets at each table if guests are chilled. Prime rib is outstanding! Crème brule was divine as was the winter sangria cocktail.

We found this restaurant after a quick online search, as we are visiting Orillia from out of town. The ambiance is beautiful - upscale, but not so formal that you can't come in with jeans and a sweater. The view of the lake is the perfect backdrop for a meal. My boyfriend ordered a Brisket Eggs Benedict - smokey and full of flavor. I ordered the Fare Omelette - vegetarian and feta filled. Both our meals came with home fries. Portions were average sized and perfect for our appetites. Prices were also typical for an upscale brunch spot, and they are justified for the flavors. Speaking of flavor, our Americanos were also delicious. Our servivce was fast, and when we our server asked about local attractions, she provided some great suggestions. I would absolutely recommend this gem to others!

Brilliant! The food, the service, the die for drinks all done with excellence. Our server Ashely was so cheerful and full of positive energy. Okay on to the good stuff.
The Food: Eggs benedict was so on point. Perfectly poached eggs, very rich and tasty hollandaise sauce. The deal breaker? Extra hollandaise sauce on the side for homefries? Yes please!!! What a great suggestions from our server. Get it both with bacon and florentine.
Chicken n Waffles: BOMB.COM!!!! OMG I've had this dish is Harlem, Atlanta, Houston and all over and I can say this place was one of the best. Soft and fluffy waffles with a nice maple syrup glaze. Perfectly cooked bacon n eggs and the star of the show....the
Chicken....oh lawdy the chicken. Seasoned well with the best crispy crust. Overall amazing food.
The Drinks: extensive and well executed drinks. The Caesar had a nice pickle brine and made with love.
The Jalapeño tequila watermelon was also a hit.
The atmosphere was beautiful with great lake views.
Service was outstanding.
All in all a 10 out 10 restaurant and that's saying alot cause we eat out 4 to 6 times per week.
Will return again.

One of the best brunches my partner and I have had, hands down. We had the brisket Benedict, brunch Brioche burger, and apple brie grilled cheese; all 10/10. The Benedict was definitely the highlight, an 11/10 really, and would drive an hour just for that. Every part of each dish was perfectly done from the toast to the meats to the sauces.

Hats off to the kitchen. If you have the opportunity, eat here.

Oh and also the area is super picturesque
