Very good food and service but itâs freezing in there lol!
I was in the Orillia Firehouse Sub on the evening of December 19, 2024 and the service was awful. The woman who said my sub was done dropped it on the counter and when I said thank you, she turned around and walked away angrily. I was polite the entire time I was in the restaurant, used my manners, and was treated terribly. Awful!

Order mid size sub made it combo with soup
$25 ???? That's insane
They. Hanged me 2.50 for soup extra which is not advertised on top of 3.99 combo extra on top of the mid sub $14.99
And my sub had half amount of meat as before
They are cheating every corner
I will not recommend nor to come back

Worst ever ordered 2 subs at 5:20, 6:20 still waiting. That's why I don't tip. The price is high enough. I can get a pizza in less then 20 mins

First time at Firehouse Subs. I ordered 4 different subs and share them amongst 3 other friends. They were each delicious! The steak may be my favorite.
