We just went today and I was so disappointed that all the fries were way over cooked all crunchy. We couldn’t finish it. I just hope it was ours and not every time they serve. You could tell they’re not fresh cut and they were for sure frozen not cooked right.

Amazing place to visit-lots of memories here from being a kid .
The place may have upgraded slightly but still same classic vibe.
The City should consider making this a historic land mark.
So much history and the French family have kept this excellent eatery alive for so many decades, serving so many people.
Its a definite star of what the sunshine city is all about.

I have enjoyed frenchies since a kid. But my experience today was awful. Frenchies has tables, and picnic tables that are supplied by the city of Orillia right around Frenchies. Which has allowed over 9 families to sit whike enjoying there delicious fries. When i went to sit the picnic tables were disgusting. I asked if i could get a cloth to clean them. I was then told no that the tables were the citys so they dont have to clean them. I then asked for a cloth. So the city has tabkes that there cuatomets use which will attract business and gives customers a place to wnjoy and they cant clean them. If u saved on money by not having to pay gor the tables ns ut draws business u should clean them.

Cute and perfect spot. They have open seatings.
We have a vanilla scoop. It was as good as 2 scoops big and so good. Never had such a good vanilla flavoured ice cream.
