I’ve been here twice while visiting Orillia. I have some newly discovered dietary restrictions (gluten, dairy) so since then eating out has been a bit of a chore- especially since I’m still learning all of the sneaky things that contain gluten.
Both times I’ve been here I asked the staff for assistance and they have been super helpful in recommending dishes that meet my requirements, as well as offer substitute suggestions. The food tastes great and is faster than a lot of fast food places. I will be making a point of trying to stop in whenever I’m in town and need some lunch.

Worst experience EVER. Place my order online on the freshii website. Received an email to say the order was delivered. It was not. When I called the store, not once, not twice, but three times, I was given the complete runaround by the very incompetent and non customer friendly staff. I will NEVER order from this location again.

I tried to order food online. Friday night at 7:45. Went to website and said it's open until 9:00. Went to order on the same website and won't let me order for today. Wants me to order for tomorrow. Says it's closed.If you can't keep that straight on your own website.......

BEWARE OF CLEANLINESS! This is the second time that I have eaten at this location. The first time I got a bowl with beef and had a terrible stomach ache afterwards. I never went back for a few years after a result. I thought I would give it another try today and played it safe with the bowl with chick peas and felafel. An hour-ish after eating another terrible stomach ache again! Other people have commented that they have seen the employees come in fromsmoking and not wash their hands.. if this is the case, the cleanliness of the place is very questionable. I would save yourself the stomach ache. It’s too bad because I actually like the food.
