I’ve been here twice while visiting Orillia. I have some newly discovered dietary restrictions (gluten, dairy) so since then eating out has been a bit of a chore- especially since I’m still learning all of the sneaky things that contain gluten.
Both times I’ve been here I asked the staff for assistance and they have been super helpful in recommending dishes that meet my requirements, as well as offer substitute suggestions. The food tastes great and is faster than a lot of fast food places. I will be making a point of trying to stop in whenever I’m in town and need some lunch.
Worst experience EVER. Place my order online on the freshii website. Received an email to say the order was delivered. It was not. When I called the store, not once, not twice, but three times, I was given the complete runaround by the very incompetent and non customer friendly staff. I will NEVER order from this location again.
