I’ve been here twice while visiting Orillia. I have some newly discovered dietary restrictions (gluten, dairy) so since then eating out has been a bit of a chore- especially since I’m still learning all of the sneaky things that contain gluten.
Both times I’ve been here I asked the staff for assistance and they have been super helpful in recommending dishes that meet my requirements, as well as offer substitute suggestions. The food tastes great and is faster than a lot of fast food places. I will be making a point of trying to stop in whenever I’m in town and need some lunch.

Worst experience EVER. Place my order online on the freshii website. Received an email to say the order was delivered. It was not. When I called the store, not once, not twice, but three times, I was given the complete runaround by the very incompetent and non customer friendly staff. I will NEVER order from this location again.

I tried to order food online. Friday night at 7:45. Went to website and said it's open until 9:00. Went to order on the same website and won't let me order for today. Wants me to order for tomorrow. Says it's closed.If you can't keep that straight on your own website.......

BEWARE OF CLEANLINESS! This is the second time that I have eaten at this location. The first time I got a bowl with beef and had a terrible stomach ache afterwards. I never went back for a few years after a result. I thought I would give it another try today and played it safe with the bowl with chick peas and felafel. An hour-ish after eating another terrible stomach ache again! Other people have commented that they have seen the employees come in fromsmoking and not wash their hands.. if this is the case, the cleanliness of the place is very questionable. I would save yourself the stomach ache. It’s too bad because I actually like the food.

Clean, nice front of store parking.Your chosen item made right before your eyes with fresh as it gets ingredients.We chose make your own protein salads and paid roughly $18+tax per plate.Minimal dressing options is a disappointment as they ONLY offer:: Ceasar / Ranch / Olive Oil / Balsamic Vinegar / Lemon slices...
I was going to go to my guilty pleasure Popeyes but decided to make the healthier choice. These guys did not disappoint.All their items were fresh and everything had so much flavour for it being healthy. I had the Oaxaca bowl and a strawberry banana smoothie. Everything was made with in 5 minutes.Only reason they lost a star was that the recycling utensils above the garbage had me confused for clean utensils. Everything else was spot on

I do find the food here pretty good for a decently healthy fast food option at pretty fair prices. Nothing is amazing, but everything I had was pretty good and for the price I find it’s fair.Knocking off stars because this is one of the few freshii locations that doesn’t take Amex.

I'm addicted to Buddha satay I usually get at barrie and they are so fantastic there i was craving so I went this time to orillia - never again! I was so disappointed they greatly skimped out on every ingredient when I go to barrie the bowl is actually full and I watched them make my smoothie and they also skimped there she noticed the cup was noticeably low and not full so I watched her add ice and milk to fill the cup it tasted very watered down lack of strawberries for sure and it was the strawberries lime smoothie not much components to it so it tasted off not alot of traffic in the store garbages were full I ate there 1 other customer after me the entire time I was eating and they weren't restocked with forks.
