Amazing customer service, great food but huge cost. I wish they would cook the fries better though, some we're not fully cooked but other than that it's fantastic usually

The service in the driveway through is terrible 2 we have had the same lady who huffs and puffs if you don't talk loud enough or your orders more then 2 meals has no customer service we literally left without our order for how they made us feel and the manager did not seem to care will not return

I visited Harvey's because my Mom had never had Harvey's. When placing the order through the drive thru I was a little uncertain what would be the best to order. But NIKKI was very patient and a friendly voice. So when I placed the order and then drove to the window there was the friendly voice at the window! She greeted me, told me the amount, she took my CAA card, then processed payment. She gave me my order and Thanked me! Very nice experience! Good job NIKKI!
