10/10 this place is such a hidden gem! Amazing food and service! Everything is homemade! Best sandwich I've had in Orillia. I would add a photo but I just couldn't stop eating it once I took my first bite! Thank you so much Kate for taking such good care of us! We will definitely be back!

Best pulled pork sandwich on the planet. Owner is lovely.
One of Orillia's hidden gems is The Pantry Market. Our friendly server Kate, took the time to start a fresh pot of coffee for us. The pastry is fresh and delicious and there are various other homemade dishes that are very reasonable too. I will definitely come back and get the word out.
Amazing baked goods and sandwiches! Cate makes only the best and she’s such a sweetheart. Highly recommend!
Just incredible food, in such a cozy bright space. Everything is some of the best homemade food and baked goods I’ve had.
I definitely recommend getting the blueberry danish. I had the pleasure of having one fresh out of the cafe this morning and it made my week. Service was also very nice. I will 100% be coming back
Cute cafe in Orillia. A very lovely lady works here. We enjoyed some coffee and homemade sweets.

Here’s a draft of the review based on your experience:
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. I placed an order and had a remaining balance of $80. I initially thought I was given a discount, but later received a letter requesting payment of the remaining balance. When I reached out to clarify the situation, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior.
After explaining the misunderstanding and even apologizing for any confusion on my part, I was shocked that my order was not accepted. Instead of resolving the issue amicably, I was repeatedly told conflicting and incorrect information about my order.
It is frustrating to be treated this way as a customer. If there was a misunderstanding about the payment, a polite conversation could have resolved it. However, the way this was handled was unacceptable and unprofessional.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their approach to customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to others.
Feel free to adjust the review to better reflect your experience or add any additional details.

We found the Pantry by googling best breakfast in Orillia and were excited to try it while in town. Unfortunately on arrival, we found they are not serving breakfast for the time being (more on that below) but DO go for a sandwich and soup or the baked goods to eat in or to go! Say hi to Kate!
Construction is taking a toll on this little biz as you'll need to detour to get to it, coming in on St. Jean no matter what your GPS says (accurate as of summer 2024 thru November 2024).
Our impressions: Adjacent to a very old little motel not far from the lake on a messy road (they're working on it). Venture around the construction to find this little hidden gem. What a cute little place and exactly what you want from a local bistro/market/Café type spot. How lucky for people staying at the motel, it's right next door.
Fabulous, fresh, all butter baked goods made all in house with pride and care by Kate who is great for a chat and works so hard to keep the place well stocked with fresh, delicious everything - just go!
From espresso chocolate mousse tarts to moist raisin carrot cake with the cutest (ample) dabs of cream cheese frosting, the lightest, most delish blueberry scones drizzled in just the right amount of vanilla icing (must try!), fresh grilled sandwiches (grilled cheese, reuben etc.) and hearty comfort items like smoked brisket stew, you'll want to try it all. I sure wanted to!
Please keep them in biz! I hope to go back for breakfast once the road work is done.

My favourite place in Orillia. The food is very fresh and good quality, and very affordable at the same time. I like their pressed sandwiches, pasta salad, pies, and baked goods. The staff are also very friendly.
