Biscuit: 6.4, until I found a giant piece of plastic in one of my biscuits, now I have to rate it a 0.
Dining room: 2/5. Was freezing cold, probably around 15 Celsius. There was board games available which is a plus but I did not play them. Overall looked clean.

With ample time to prepare my meal, they got the drink wrong. Although the chicken was cooked well, it was very small cuts.
And why don't they offer a mixed meat combo? Fish and chicken

Kajun Chicken & Seafood Orillia, Absolutely Disgusting, The worst meal I have tried in years. The chicken was reheated and like leather the batter was full of grease because it was recooked, I didnt even eat half of it, it was gross. I would never go back there, Ever.

Chicken and biscuits are good would also recommend the mac and cheese and mozzarella sticks.

The owner was incredibly nice. I drive a diesel truck for work, and he couldn't hear me through the drive thru microphone because of the loud engine. He walked out personally to my truck and took my order. Very personable, very accommodating. On top of that, it was the best chicken sandwich I've had in town in years. Very happy with my choice. Much better than KFC or Popeyes.

We have always raved about this new chicken place. However we went in tonight around 430pm (Thur Sept 19th, 2024) I wanted the 10pc chicken special and some biscuits. Noticed the heat lamps were off and chicken was just sitting as we walked in stood at the counter for over 5 mins before anyone even came to the front to take our order.

I asked for 10pc mild as I have four children eating dinner, the lady stated she had 7 mild and 3 cajun and assured me it was not spicy and we wouldn't even notice the difference. I asked how long for 3 more mild which she replied 20 Mins. She really pushed taking what was available again, stating it isn't spicy at all.. I should have listened to my gut and requested fresh chicken but felt guilty questioning how old they were but when we got home it wasn't even edible my teen who literally eats anything said that wasn't great mom, I think the chicken sat for a long time. As a family of 7 eating out is a treat, and this just really made me upset as we have always enjoyed this spot ?

Huge chicken pieces, super fresh, crispy, and juicy. Best biscuit. Puts the competition to shame, especially the old cornel sanders that have 1/4 size pieces in comparison. I'm so impressed!

I will definitely go back. The quality and quantity of food was very good value for the money. The part I most appreciated was that the restaurant was very clean. That is becoming more of a rare thing these day especially in fast food.

The other fried chicken places are becoming disappointing in value. This will be my new chicken place anytime I’m in orillia
