Not very nice, quite crabby and not very pleasant to be around, should crack a smile never stopping in there again very disappointing indeed. If running a business you should be a lot nicer, going to lose a lot of customers.

Visiting Kathy's Bakery is now part of every visit to Orillia. She is always creating something new, interesting and delicious. One of her regular staples that keeps me going back is her maple walnut squares. My wife is particularly fond of Kathy's raisin buttertarts and her lemon bars with shortbread crust. We are always thankful to have a visit with Kathy and to go home with some homemade treats.

The butter tarts are so good and not overly surgery... so delicious. The pastry is so light. I haven't tried other things yet but there's a steak and mushroom pie in the oven right now. I love that I can get a full size or small one. EDIT: the steak &mushroom pie was very good and I loved the meat pie too. I'll definitely be getting those again.
Kathy's bakery is such a lovely place. So far I've bought peach pie, a key lime pie, a strawberry rhubarb pie, a steak and mushroom meat pie, and raspberry muffins. I am officially addicted! I follow Kathy on facebook, so it's easy for me to place orders for pick up, but she also bakes things for quick sale at her counter, and will post what she has available for the day 😀 I love this lady, and her bakery! Thanks for the delicious treats 😋

We have been to Kathy’s Bakery many times. Everything is delicious and fresh. (I’m eating tiny mincemeat tarts at my desk right now). I always thought my mum made the best short crust pastry, I was wrong, Kathy does!!! She will make pies to order. It’s now our go to for goodies!!
