I had a special request to have a cake of my partners Canyon bike. My partner is a long time cyclist and is turning 65. So I sent a picture to Kathy to see if she could create a special cake for a special occasion for a special person. Kathy came through with and amazing cake that was 1/2 vanilla and 1/2 chocolate and the butter cream icing was just the right sweetness. When we presented the cake to my partner she couldn't cut the cake since it was her Canyon bike. We did finally get the candles blown out and the cake cut. Everyone loved the Canyon bike (loved the detailing of the wheels and frame Canyon logo!) on the cake and enjoyed the the 2 different flavours. Well done Kathy and thank-you very much.
