Clean with attentive wait staff, but nachos were dry and uninteresting, and the ever present televisions making it impossible to enjoy your fellow diners’ company without endless distraction.

Ordered ribs but they were out of ribs: on a Friday night before a long weekend. They had a very limited amount of draft beer on hand

First time at Kelsey's and really enjoyed our dinner. We had the wings with apple butter and they were done right, the fries were good but would have liked a few more with the dinner. Kelsey's menu is large, so looking forward to going back and having the burgers - which looked amazing.

Loved our server Alyssa K. Great service, always a smile on her face and very friendly!! Want to sit in her section whenever we come.

I thoroughly enjoyed the bruschetta tonight. Heather, as always, delivered quick service with a warm smile, and it's pleasing to see that she remembers regulars' names and is well-versed in the menu items.

Emma was very professional courteous and efficient. I really appreciate waitstaff that are enthusiastic. Great experience.

Went to this Kelsey's location before attending a concert at Casino Rama. My daughters and I orders a platter of nachos to share and another appetizer. We asked for no jalapeños, only beef and beans on half because my one daughter won't eat that. We were taken off guard when the waitress rudely told us that it's pretty busy right now so the kitchen won't be happy! I thought, “oh well, I'm a paying customer and that's how I want my food!” We didn't say anything, nachos came as requested, but it really turned me off! In addition, nachos were definitely not a fresh, and the beef was not seasoned like it always is at our local Kelsey's! Overall, it was ok.

This is my reservation. When I arrived, The store had a sign on front door saying that it was not open. When I knocked to tell them that this app was allowing people to book reservations no one answered even though I know people were in building. It would have been nice if someone had have answered the door so I could inform you, I had booked and waited for this reservation with no other options in town. And if you could take the reservation option down you could save someone else suffering the same inconvenience. Considering this experience, I would not choose this Kelsey's as a first option in the future. Have a great day!

Our waitress whom I felt bad for having to deflect our complaints even after speaking to her manager he would not even come to our table to speak to us , this was no fault of hers but this was the worst meal we've ever had, service was excruciatingly slow. The chicken tenders weee far from tender as they were so overcooked I was afraid I'd chip my tooth , we ordered bruschetta that was burnt and it was the manager who delivered it to our table! So bad we could not even eat it. Yes they comped our food however we left hungry because we didn't want to wait another hour for our food. Restaurant was dirty and there was a strange red liquid leaking out from under our seat. This experience has deterred us from ever going to another Kelsey's restaurant again.

The food was pretty good. Service was quick polite and very friendly... Atmosphere was loud and ringing. Pricing is on par with most medium scale restaurants. Clientele was having fun in both the bar and restaurant area. We will be back.

The only hitch was I had booked a table in the Sam's room, however there was already a party in there. We were offered a booth instead. It was very clean and comfortable. So hitch became a minor hiccup.
