Loved our server Alyssa K. Great service, always a smile on her face and very friendly!! Want to sit in her section whenever we come.
I thoroughly enjoyed the bruschetta tonight. Heather, as always, delivered quick service with a warm smile, and it's pleasing to see that she remembers regulars' names and is well-versed in the menu items.
Emma was very professional courteous and efficient. I really appreciate waitstaff that are enthusiastic. Great experience.
Food was amazing however service was a little short giving 5 stars because food came out delicious and hot and they were super busy
The food was pretty good. Service was quick polite and very friendly... Atmosphere was loud and ringing. Pricing is on par with most medium scale restaurants. Clientele was having fun in both the bar and restaurant area. We will be back.

Kelsey's website provides promotions so while visiting Orillia, though we would attend. Server was going to accept promotion but manager asked to see and said okay, then told server - No. Manager did not speak to me - poor customer service. And elderly lady with walker at next table had an issue. Again no customer service. Not a place to return.
