I just had to tell you about this incredible burger I tried at a restaurant in Kensington. It was truly remarkable - the flavors and seasonings were spot on, the patty was cooked perfectly, and the fresh toppings took it to a whole new level. Oh, and those onion rings were just the cherry on top! I highly recommend trying it out if you ever find yourself in the area.

Came in for a quick bite to eat before our travels down south. The bar tenders were also our server at the time. Initially the bar tender made a mistake on our order but he quickly corrected it and felt bad for it and did his best to make us feel appreciated about it. We had the Brie and fig burger, definitely would recommend this and the restaurant itself.

Troy the bartender is racist against black customers do not visit. it is beyond me how the owner 6 has him still employed there. Change must be done.

SHANNON!!! The absolute best server ever! We had a Thursday girls night and she was the sweetest ever, very accommodating! Great drinks, Great Food, Great Service!!!!!

my burger was burnt to the point that’s all i could taste and for $28 it’s a complete waste of money even the side salad was tiny. i would suggest going anywhere else.

Great burgers and always large portions. My brother described this as the best burger he's ever had, he had the chicken sandwich...

We recently ate at the Kenzington Burger Bar, before an event at Casino Rama. Lately, I have not enjoyed eating out, because I find that the food at most restaurants tastes frozen. The food was DELICIOUS!!! My husband and I both had a burger, I had sweet potato fries and he had onion rings. The burger was amazing and the sweet potato fries were the best that I have ever tasted.
The service was slow, however, the waitress worked hard to wrangle our food from the kitchen. The only improvement I could ask for, would be more comfortable benches at booth tables! Thanks for a delicious dinner! We will be back!

Food was good, casual and cool spot. Unfortunately we waited 1.5 hrs for our food from the start of our reservation. This was after we waited 10mins to be acknowledged by anyone from the start. Perhaps if the wait for food had been communicated from the start or we had been updated throughout the time we were waiting at our table, we would have felt ok about it.

Update of my original review. Has slipped a bit. The bathroom is rundown and dirty, floor was sticky, chairs were a little rickety. The whole place needs some TLC and updating. Burger was ok, not great, and the service was good.

I helped plan a bachelorette party for my soon to be sister in law. A few months prior, I called to make a reservation at Kensingtons for roughly 18 people. A month after making this reservation, I called back to confirm and was told this reservation had never been made. Thankfully there was still two months until the bachelorette party and Kensingtons was still able to accommodate our party. To clarify, this was the second reservation I made there. Fast forward to the night of the bachelorette party and I received a text at 810pm to confirm my 10pm reservation. When we arrived at the restaurant we were turned away by a security guard they had working at the door, checking everyone’s IDs as we had one 18 year old with us. I have lived in Orillia for several years and have been to this establishment numerous times and have never seen a security guard. When I asked if this was a new policy, he could not provide me with a direct answer. I went and spoke with the bartender and asked him and he responded with “it depends who is working”. Unfortunately, I was never informed that you had to be 19 or older to get into their restaurant after 10pm during the two phone calls I had to book this reservation. To note, when we arrived there were no tables available therefore, it was evident that they did not set aside a table for 18 people. I understand their policy, what I don’t understand is their lack of accountability when I spoke with the bartender and the utter disregard for the effort that went into planning this night. I provided them feedback and asked that they inform people about their rule in the future. It is confusing as the website notes that this restaurant is friendly for all ages, but evidently this is not true. Although I would not bring a toddler here after 10pm it is not unusual to have teenagers, especially those almost of age, who want to go have a burger at this time. Overall, terrible experience. Do not recommend and will never be returning due to the disrespect that we experienced. Thankfully we were able to pull something else together for the end of our night but this was something the bride had been really excited for and the restaurant was not friendly. I do want to add the security guard was friendly and clearly felt terrible but he was doing his job. The bartender on the other hand was rude and not taking accountability for the restaurants mistake and made our 18 year old feel horrible and to be blamed.

Good food, but we were not impressed with the service at all

Live music draws us back month after month. Great service those ladies and gents hustling. Seems to be busy at the weirdest times. But they rock. The food is a strong 3.5. The buns are still stale but the burgers are awesome. The spinach dip. Is yummy. Onion rings yes please. This is a fun place to land on Friday nite. Have you considered hiring a dj so patrons could dance ?? Thanks
