The last 2 times I went to this place. The food was crazy expensive. I don't know whatever happened to KFC's prices. But they are absolutely through the roof these days. I had made an order and pulled up to the window and when. The guy came to my driver's window.His gloves were yellow and Brown stained with sweat.It was one of the most revolting disgusting things I've ever seen at any food place. Let alone. Somewhere in this country. This place needs to seriously be shut down. They have lost their quality. Service and respect from me. I don't know whether they're not allowed to change their gloves, but he had clearly been wearing these gloves for hours. Once I seen them, I just drove away in my car. And skipped dinner all together, I remember tuny Tuesday was the best day of the week. Now you couldn't pay me to eat here, stay away far away.

Worst fast food place of all time. They don’t know how to speak English verbally and professionally they don’t serve you fresh cooked food a lot of complaints are reviewing 1 star so you guys should be aware before you go in there. This food made me end up in the toilet. There is something fishy about this fast food place they do in kitchen.

The food is small, undercooked, and feels like it was cooked the day prior.
The staff are either under trained or just don't care at all. I really hope it's the prior.
The parking lot is always full of trash and the interior is rarely cleaned or sanitized.
This location is a genuine stain on the brand's name which is already iffy at best and it should really either be overhauled or shut down completely.
If I could give 0/5 stars I would have.

48 dollars for a 10 piece and fries plus gravy.. got home and no legs no breasts no thighs .. all broken pieces of meat fried with zero bones .. it’s like they cut corners and broke the breast meat off in four pieces.. shame on Kentucky fried chicken .. is it the Orillia store only or policy everywhere now? Absolute ripoff… save your money and don’t go there .. the good ol days are gone!

Food was good, we ordered a bucket. We do not like wings and in the past have requested no wings. This time they wanted to charge $30 for “no wings” so we were stuck with about 1/3 of our order consisting of wings.

I got the confirmation and 15-20 min later the app indicated that my food was ready to be picked up. We went to get the food and they hadn't even started it yet.
