They were NOT busy informed staff of dirty environment and suggested cleaning staff was very rude, I asked for manager said staff said he was manager. So much Mayo on sandwich I almost threw up food NOT fresh. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Very disappointed. The chicken was overcooked and the coating had a burned taste. The fries were not hot. I don't think we will go back again. I would be surprised if they are open much longer. We saw only 2 other cars there on a Friday dinner hour.

Found black mold specks in my 7-up soda i had checked because it had tasted way off i checked and i had already drank a speck and spat it back into the drink they need to seriously clean up back there because this can hospitalize or worse case kill someone.

I got a zinger burger and a 3 piece chicken combo and the burger was completely raw in the centre and of course that means the rest of the food was likely contaminated, my boyfriend didn’t see the raw meat until half way into the burger so that will likely result in food poisoning, spent $50 on DoorDash, didn’t get to have our dinner because none of it could be eaten and door dash won’t refund more then $13.30 absolutely horrible

Every time I’ve gone it’s a 50/50 shot I’m gonna get decent food, other times it’s a waste of money and your getting old food that’s been sitting there for who knows how long…and the chicken is now always overly salty.

I work around the province quite a bit and get KFC hotwings once a week. In orillia this week and they were the worst hotwings i've had in 2 years plus all were drumsticks and no flats, best kfc so far Huntsville.

This KFC is awful. The chicken is pieces of pieces and so tiny. The gravy was super thin and runny like it had been watered down a lot to save on costs. And the coleslaw had relish in it???! Extremely foamy and disgusting looking. Why is there foam in coleslaw? Are you using soap to make it? They are always so slow and everytime you go it gets worse and worse. I would not go back ever. Do yourselves a favour and close the doors or learn how to cook
