I went thru the drive thru to order an order of popcorn chicken. When I got to the window I wasnt greeted at all for at least 5 mins. When I was finally greeted they asked me if I had got a sandwich which I didn't. I had to repeat at the window what I had ordered then he said ok and walked off. He didnt take my payment or anything then I sat for at least another 5 mins with no acknowledgement whatsoever. I got fed up and drove off. The service is atrocious and coming from a manager at another fast food im disgusted.

Order online 6 twister 4 spicy 2 regular both with x2 sauce and x3 lettuce (cause we all know how stingy and cheap this place is) go to the store order wasnât even ready and they didnât even realize I placed one (only waited 6 min in my car nothing to bad) but when I went back inside to pick it up he couldnât look me in the eyes and felt like he was rushing me out. Come home and open the bag to 4 regular 2 spicy both with x3/4 mayo and maybe double lettuce. Literally had to scrap some mayo off cause thatâs all you could taste.

The place smelt like cat urine. My chicken came raw and slimy. The service was awful it took them 30mintues to cook my meal even though there was ONE other person there. The tables were disgusting and looked like they had never been washed. The floor was sticky. The soda machine is 90 percent water you canât even taste the coke in it. I will never return this place is a health hazard.

the worst KFC i have ever been in,i went there during my lunch break and ordered a popcorn chicken poutine, i waited for over 20 minutes until one of the workers told me to âlook at the screenâ and then gave me a refund,i didnât get to have a lunch because of this.
