The bento boxes are great and incredible value
Simple sushi restaurant with both AYCE and à la carte menu, the food is not bad at all, reasonable prices.

Poor service, took over half an hr to bring me a sheet to order the salmon and other ingredients were very warm and tasted off. Felt sick after finishing up.
Nice flavors.. something different..I enjoyed every bite.

Really disappointed with my experience at Koi Sushi. The sashimi was clearly frozen - I could actually taste ice particles, which completely ruined the texture and flavor. Fresh sashimi should never be served frozen like that.
The sushi itself was bland and lifeless - no flavor or freshness that you’d expect from a sushi restaurant. The beef had an off taste that made me question its quality.
On top of the food issues, the service was poor and didn’t help the overall experience.
I can’t recommend this place. For the price point, there are much better sushi options available that actually serve fresh fish properly.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The service was slow and unorganized — we waited over 30 minutes just to get our drinks, and even longer for the food. When it finally came, it wasn’t much better. The rice was mushy and overcooked, and the fish had a strange aftertaste that made us question how fresh it really was. The miso soup was lukewarm and bland, and the overall atmosphere felt dull and unwelcoming. For a sushi restaurant, you’d expect at least the basics to be done right, but this place completely missed the mark. Not coming back.

I had a very disappointing experience at Koi Sushi. The quality of the food was borderline inedible. The sushi pieces were unevenly cut and some were still frozen in the center, which made them really unpleasant to eat. The hand rolls were packed with more tempura bits than actual fish, which felt like a cheap way to fill space without delivering real flavor. Portion sizes were extremely small for the price, and overall the food lacked freshness and care. Presentation was sloppy, and it genuinely felt like corners were being cut across the board. Definitely not a place I’ll be coming back to.

Restaurantji Recommends
I've ordered take-out from this restaurant twice while traveling for work. Food is fresh and good quality. I have ordered the futomaki, California roll, Orillia roll, and seaweed salad, which were all very tasty.

Ordered for pickup. Salmon sashimi tasted off, can't eat. Charged extra for soy sauce! Could not pay without leaving a tip. Even though I picked it up. Worst thing is salmon had to be tossed. Balance of order was just okay. Would not go back or recommend.

Very friendly and attentive service. Perfect portion size with good visual appeal. Clean and well decorated.
