So many good options to choose from on the menu! We were in the mood for burgers. We shared a large Caesar Salad to start. Not pictured because we were hungry. It was delicious. Bacon is real - not processed bacon bits.,Husband had the Cheddar Bacon Burger with a side of mashed potatoes. He said the burger was delicious. Potatoes were perfectly creamy. He was impressed with the 2 pads of butter. Said one would have been enough, but 2 made it perfect. I had the Chipotle Pepper Burger… I have found my new favourite burger. If you’re reading Chipotle Pepper and thinking it is spicy - it is not, but it is SO GOOD! Fries are fresh cut. Looking forward to returning here!!!

When busy, sound can be fairly noisy - husband has hearing aids so we can’t converse easily during dinner until the crowd thins out, but the food is worth returning for.

I live in Ramara Township and it has been difficult this week trying to eat and prepare meals for myself without power and running water!! I am an anaphylactic and have many food allergies. I came to the restaurant today and ordered the Cabin Salad!! Freshly cooked chicken breast and grilled red peppers, goat cheese, sunflower seeds and nothing I’m allergic to! So happy and only $20!!

i emailed a complaint about the food and no response. Hopefully they see this review. 2 orders of Chicken Alfredo both greasy and sauce was separated and griddy.

Party of 8 for my sisters birthday, maya was our server and did a great job! Efficient and friendly , we didn’t want for a thing. Food was great as always - Dad loves the pork schnitzel. Always enjoy coming here - will be back again. Highly recommend.

Reserved table for 8. When arrived there were not 8 place setting, we had to ask for more cutlery and menus. Waitress did not com back to get drinks during dinning. We were there 2 hrs. Food was great. BUT did not receive a drink that was ordered. Then on my bill was charged for cheese on garlic toast I specifically asked not to have and a dessert I did not eat. When I took it up to waitress she said take it up with my group. As they owe me the money not her. She made the error and charged the wrong person, and said she charged that table what she punched in as ordered. Not the best service, but food was delicious.

The food portions are great, kids menu is fantastic, service with a smile :) Love all of the options! One of my go-to's for lunch and dinner!
Food - excellent, generous, flavourful. Service - excellent, quick and friendly. Finished eating and Dishes removed promptly. Atmosphere - very casual. Made you feel welcome like home. Very clean and organized. The only complaint is that we were cold. We were less than 45 minutes and needed to put our coats on. We left with freezing hands. We were not near the entrance and there was even a wall blocking the exit door so the temperature was puzzling. All considered we are locals to Orillia and will visit the Lake Country Restaurant again but next time we will wear a warm sweater.
