My favourite pizza place lately. They can compete with all the big chains but with way better prices and most of the time your favourite pizza will already be hot and ready so you can walk in and be eating within 2 minutes.

This location has serious management issues. The behaviour that I have witnessed between employees - with customers in the store - is reprehensible. I have heard foul language and one staff member yelling angrily at another. I have also seen staff throwing things. This doesn’t seem to be a one-off thing either. If this is what occurs in front of customers, I hate to imagine what goes on behind the scenes. After witnessing this on more than one visit, I will not return.

We ordered a deep dish cheese pizza at 5:49 pm, not only did it get here at 7:43 pm but they sent two that we had to pay for and we had to microwave them because surprise they were ice cold. 60 buck for ice cold pizza. Funny thing we ordered 4 med pizzas from dominoes at 6:08 pm and they were here at 6:40 pm and hot. This store has gone to crap.

Just ordered a stuffed crust pizza and Amazing as always!!! Orillia little Caesars is always the best little Caesars pizza!!! All the other little Caesars around Ontario and the U.S. are never as good as Orillia.

Hot-N-Ready? Try Hot-N-WAIT-40-minutes. I was told it would be ready in 10, so I timed it — 40 minutes later, I finally got my “fast” pizza for more then $35. The teenagers working there seemed unbothered, casually chatting while a lineup of us just stood there staring at the empty pizza counter. To top it off, the Crazy Bread came out with zero Parmesan (which speaks to every other review about this location). Just sad, plain breadsticks. The whole point of Little Caesars is convenience, but apparently that memo didn’t make it to the Orillia location. What a waste of money and retail space.

ANYTIME I have ordered crazy bread they have been either dry or undercooked and there is little to no seasoning. I had asked for extra parm and was told it was $2…im sorry but I shouldn’t have to pay extra for something that should already be on the menu. This place has been incredibly disappointing and not to mention the rude staff. By the looks of the other reviews…I’m not alone.

3 minutes late for lunch time special and they preferred not sell a pizza at all then to sell the last available special on the shelf..
#edit 08/03/25 They do not have more than 2 pizzas ready to go on a Friday night at 8:15pm Nor did they have anyone making any - says they are open until 1am.
The algorithm of life has brought us by on a majority Tuesday evenings the last couple of months. Let’s just say it’s not a shock if sales aren’t great on Tuesday evenings as there’s usually nothing to sell past 5.

I called about placing an order for pickup and I was told it was gonna be 2 hours for me to receive my food, plus the guy was really rude on the phone and hung up on me when I told him I’m gonna order somewhere. This is unacceptable behavior and customers shouldn’t be treated like that. Disappointed, I won’t be doing business with you guys anymore. Thanks.

I can't believe the best PIZZA I always get is the supreme and now the toppings are no where near how much i used to get its really sad..

Every time I order pizza from here, it is always undercooked. The cheese is barely melted and the crust is warm, but very soft and underdone. The store also says they’re open until midnight today, but went there at 1130pm and they were already closed.
