Every time I order pizza from here, it is always undercooked. The cheese is barely melted and the crust is warm, but very soft and underdone. The store also says they’re open until midnight today, but went there at 1130pm and they were already closed.

My son orders crazy bread often. This store really struggles with consistency. Other little cesars the crazy bread is fresh and saucy with garlic parm butter coated on the sticks. This store for some reason the sticks are never coated and often the sticks are under done (white no toasting in them). There is some garlic parm on the paper they are wrapped in, but not really on the bread sticks. Which are very dry. In the past I have asked them to re sauce and they said there would be an extra charge. I understand if it is we wanted extra. But they barely had any at all. They gave me a difficult time.we haven’t had the pizza from here in awhile as our past experience there were issues with freshness.

The guy at the counter was unnecessarily short. Bordering on rude but he was carefully watching how far he pushed. Perhaps others who work here would provide a better experience but he was subpar for sure.

What the heck? It wasn’t even good. To make it better (not the stores fault) the uber eats delivery driver clearly smokes in their vehicle by the smell of the box.

Every time the guy that takes orders weekly all is great! However the girl that takes orders when he's not there hangs up while your talking doesn't ask if you want delivery she hangs up and only half your order shows up ,the first and second time I let it slide but this time no,they should have delivered the rest of my order for free,all she said was I'll credit you for it and hung up!!! ,I'm sick of it! And she's not polite like the guy! But she certainly didn't forget an order of attitude!! Last time I order from this place unless the nice man is there!

Bought 3 bags of crazy bread and all 3 of them were all complete uncooked dough throughout them this has happened more times then I can count with buying crazy bread from them

Went in tonight at 8:06 pm to order dinner. I asked for 2 cheese pizzas employee cut me off and I was told you dont make them after 8pm? I can understand having to wait for them as your not holding cheese pizza but to be told you dont make them after 8pm is insane. Dominoes gladly made me my 5 pizzas I was going to order.

My husband & I just picked up our first stuffed crust pizza from the orillia location. On our drive home I noticed my legs felt wet, I lifted up the pizza box only to realize the bottom of the box was soaked. We get inside, I open the box and we have never seen a pizza so soggy, it was disgusting. I called the store and had to explain myself to 2 different people, only to be told that no one has ever complained about their stuffed crust pizza before. I asked to send pics, they said that's not an option. I asked to be contacted by the owner, again that's not an option as he's out of the country for the next few months. I have reached out to head office who summited a refund request on my behalf. Now I'm realizing I can't post the pictures here. This is so frustrating.

The store was dirty, the staff was unwelcoming, their clothes seemed dirty as well, the pizza was made with zero effort, veggies were just dumped on it randomly, not equally spread. For example half the pizza had olives and half did not. Absolutely the worst little Ceasar store I have been to!

You should look into a new delivery person she would NOT drive down the driveway. She said she called but she did not. Extremely rude and very mad at us for no reason. If I could remove the tip. I definitely would. I’ll pick up my pizza next time.
