On September 19th I stopped into the Orillia Memorial Dr. Mary Brown's Chicken location while heading to North Bay. Spoke with the girl at check out and asked if I could order just chicken. 12 pieces, no legs to be exact and she said yes. Gave me the total and I paid cash. While I waited for the order I decided to use the washroom and when I came out of the mens room the same girl handed me a paper bag with the order. Arrived in North Bay 2 hours later, opened the bag to feed the 6 people we had for dinner and there was only 4 pieces inside. So either the kitchen made a mistake or the girl gave me another customers order. Happened to be down near Orillia today and decided I'd stop in to tell them about the issue with my order. The same girl was not there so I spoke with the young man at the till, he turned it over to a woman with a head set from the kitchen. She said there is nothing they can do. I asked to have the owner call me but so far radio silence. Its unfortunate because I and my family have purchased Mary Brown's at other locations and never had an issue. After being in the Hospitality business for 22 years with a full meal menu, I know something about the restaurant business and I can tell you, if we ever had a customer complaint, we'd do the right thing and fix it rather than even one person go away unhappy. Because if you don't manage your business and reputation properly, that unhappy customer will never return and they will also tell everyone the know about the poor experience they had at your business. So just beware if stopping in at the Orillia location, you may not get what you ordered.

Tried the fried chicken from that Canadian spot and it was amazing! The flavor is so rich despite the small pieces. And the potato wedges are out of this world. Can't wait to come back!

Food is always good at Mary Browns. Don't change your menu to much...people sometimes like a simpler menu to choose from. Prices are better than Churches chicken and the food is way better than KFC.

The food was delicious, so hot that I waited for my food to cool down before I ate it. Not impressed with the the manager or owner barking out orders to the staff or whoever on his cellphone. I will go back again.
