We ordered breakfast and use my in app offer. After paying and waiting I was told that the could not make our breakfast as they did have our sandwiches today (McGriddle), I said I just wanted my money back. The person I was dealing with did not know how to put back on my card and I also asked about the offer I had used and if there was anything for that.
I got a sorry.
I got my money back in cash and that was it
I know there food is not the best but I should have been offered a better meal if they can’t order they inventory correctly.

Some of the staff are super friendly and great to deal with but other than that, there are no other redeeming qualities of this McDs. Drive thru is always slow. Food is handled no better than garbage. I understand that this isn’t everyones ideal job but this is getting to be worse and worse.

What's the point of being 24hrs???? Anytime you go after 11 and it's just drive thru you just sit with 20 plus cars for 39 mins. No one moving no orders being taken??? Called in line they said we have limited staff and are VERY busy. How are you busy if dine in is closed and you have taken 0 drive thru orders for 20 plus mins???? Total bs. They just wait for ppl to leave. Zero sense of urgency to serve 20 plus ppl waiting in line. Wish I could ignore customers until they left at my job.
