Keeping it short, I won’t be back, it’s like this every time for my family and I. Soggy fries, the two large fries might have been one medium combined. Our 12 nuggets weren’t hot, got 2/4 dipping sauces. Like what am I paying top dollar for this?? lol no big deal really, but I won’t be back.

I visited this place on Saturday December 13 afternoon at 2 pm. I am vegetarian and i was hugary i got my coffee and my sister got coffee and sandwich to eat as i dont eat from McDonalds because am vegetarian my sister baught some food from Walmart for me and i was still eating my food was open on the table and coffee too i went to grab some napkins and your employee came to my table and sprayed that strong yellow spray on my table and she misbehaved with me when i said i am still eating. This is how you give service to people ????????? I worked for years for food industry and you are not supposed to clean the table if food is on the table and its open and she knew that i went to get the napkins. I had to garbage everything. I went to do complain and am surprised thats your general manager who did this. Can you give some good training to your staff ????? Very very disappointed.

Our order was missing food and what we did get was wrong
If I could rate 0 starts I would. First off, there were 4 people working. But of the 4 people on staff, I saw only one person moving around. The person in charge was either standing at the back desk, or in the middle of the kitchen, complaining about schedules being wrong. There was one person trying to handle everything in the kitchen other than fries, because one lady just stood packaging fries. The cashier cleared my order before it was finished being made, probably to boost their times, which caused an error in the modifications of my order. The cashier then just dropped my bag on the counter and mumbled an order number as she turned away. I rarely stop at McDonald’s, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. And as someone who works in food service, I was appalled.

It's funny, I had a bad experience with this McDonalds awhile back so I thought it can't still be that bad. Turns out it is. I went this morning to get breakfast. The food was cold!! And there was nobody in front of me but I still had to wait forever to get a response from the speaker, I was about to leave thinking they were closed. Then I get my food and it was cold. The hashbrown had no heat to it at all and it was rubbery. The mcmuffin was cold, felt like it had come out of the fridge and it wasn't even wrapped properly. So much for a 2nd chance. Don't think this place will ever get any better. Worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

The automatic ordering machine does not issue an invoice. I need to ask for the order number. An white employee got angry because she couldn't put the lid on the cup and turned her anger on me

This location always seems on the dirty side.
There is always a smell of garbage near the drink station. Flys everywhere. I usually try and avoid this one. Some deep cleaning needs to be done I think.
