Absolute disgusting customer service from Amanda. Refused to answer the phone after 3 attempts calling I walked next door to the location she rolled her eyes huffed I asked her why she didn’t answer the phone she said 15 minutes to closing time I dont answer the phone. Okay fine? Can you make me a sub? She said she doesn’t take attitude??? She pushed out her chest trying to make me flinch like she was going to hit me and said well I can, what do you want? I told her I’d talk to Fred cause obviously she hates her job and won’t take my money. Is it standard for you guys to stop making subs at 1145 ?!?? Am I wrong for calling or going to the location during business hours. I’ll never support this place again this is the second time I’ve been refused food cause the employees are rude and disrespectful to customers close to closing hours.

The woman who works named Cindy and Erin are the best sub makers in all the area .they make the subs to a higher level and standard that you never get anywhere else.but there is one other person who is always negative and never happy to get customers she seems to hate having customers at all and it's very displeasing.

Me and my girlfriend went to this store around 12am the lady working that look like she just got into a boxing match was sitting in the corner with food and stuff all around her as we entered she just stared at us I had to ask if they are still open (they close at 1am) she got up slowly(she was older so I gave her the benefit of the doubt) but she said she had to get more cheese then left for 5mins after cutting are bread then came back and was moving a mess of stuff to find a knife to cut the cheese and went to her personal stuff in the corner to look for the knife open the cheese also wanted to mention she was hovering over are food sweating making are sandwiches after she finished with my girlfriend sub she went to the back because she had to grab more bags but she still had bags at the front after all of this and it taking forever to get are sub she watch and when I say watch I mean hover over staring at the rent machine to make sure I tipped her me and my girlfriend just threw the subs out I want a refund

ONE OF MY WORST EXPERIENCES EVER!!!! STAFF’s BEHAVIOUR WAS UNACCEPTABLE!! I walked in there late in the evening at MISSISAUGA ST., ORILLIA on August 26 as a delivery driver to pick up an order. There is a white lady( don’t know the name) working there and a gentleman standing there as a customer. So’I walk in, and stood on one side patiently as the gentleman was already there. The female staff even after seeing RED delivery bag in my hand, didn’t even acknowledge my existence there, no Hi, or nothing at all. The gentleman(who was customer) turned his neck, and had a small eye contact with me, We just shared a cordial smile as a polite gesture. AND HE IS THE ONE WHO SAID TO HER THAT SHE IS JUST HERE FOR A DELIEVERY, HAND HER THE FOOD FIRST BEFORE STARTING MY ORDER, AND THE EMPLOYEE WITH VERY DEROGATORY TONE TOWARDS ME GOES , NO I’LL MAKE YOUR ORDER FIRST(mind it she hasn’t even started his order yet, just had two footlong buns on the counter), THE GENTLEMAN AGAIN SAID TO HER, THAT YOU CAN LITERALLY HAND HER THE FOOD FIRST AS HIS FOOD WOULD TAKE A WHILE(and my delivery food was ready sitting at the counter, she just needed to hand it to me, AND THE STAFF AGAIN GOES NO, I’LL MAKE YOUR ORDER FIRST, AND GAVE A VERY HATEFUL LOOK TO ME, until this point I haven't even had a single word conversation with her, I was just standing patiently one one side. I always respect staff in restaurants, its not an easy job(I work in a restaurant too), I always give a room for at-least 3-4 minutes to the staff to acknowledge me as pick-up driver there. Its the customer who told her to hand me the food first which is all ready to go sitting at the counter. I went up towards her side and asked her in a very nice manner, if My order was ready or she had to work on it after she served the gentleman.(I didn’t even say my order is all set to go, why you refusing to hand it first, I gave it the benefit of doubt that it could be different order) but SHE GOES TO ME IT IS READY, IN A VERY NON-CHALANT MANNER as if she didn’t care and she wanted to make me wait there on purpose. I requested her, “Would you please kindly hand it to me then if its ready) , and she goes Okay in the most unwilling manner and handed it to me with the real bad looks. Well I grabbed the food went to my car in the parking, while trying to figure out the navigation for delivery in my car, that I CLEARLY SAW HER LOOKING AT ME FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER THROUGH A GLASS WINDOW(its a small space) WITH A LOOK FULL OF HATRED AND SHE MURMURED SOMETHING AT THIS POINT I PERCEIVE IT AS A HATEFUL ATTITUDE AND RACIST BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ME AS A BROWN ASIAN PERSON. Otherwise why would you behave like this to someone who is just there to pick up an order and hasn’t even said anything to you. I kept my behaviour appropriate throughout but her attitude towards me was very unpleasant and hinting towards hate simply the minute I walked in. I have been living in Canada for 9 years and working in restaurant industry since then, I do part time food deliveries for long time, never have I ever faced such bad experience ever before. PLEASE DON’T WORK IF YOU SIMPLY CANNOT TREAT PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE WITH BARE MINIMUM RESPECT AND YOUR DISLIKING (for no reason) is so evident on your face. I'm not exactly expecting Michelin star food when I go here and I'm good with it being more about something decent but not spectacular but quick and convenient. I've been here many times and always cut it a bit of slack in terms of things not being great. However my last couple visits will be my last. Which is unfortunate because I literally can walk there in thirty seconds.
The staff here have always been extremely slow but it's gotten progressively worse over time. I could deal with the slower service but last couple times staff has been less then helpful and demonstrated their annoyance with customers coming in later at night. Also very underwhelmed with the last couple subs I purchased

Messy mayo all over i thought I was on a comedy show toppings everywhere did I mention the mayo everywhere ? Front back of the wrapper it was impossible to eat with needing a shirt change.
