I don't appreciate being openly shamed for using the wrong door? The 'in' door is generally blocked with customers waiting for counter service.
I am a longtime customer and have always found their products to be of top quality and their service to be very friendly and helpful. There are so many things I love about the bakery like their dog biscuits, pizza dough, gluten free products, and more!
We have always shopped at Orillia Bakery. Since the Covid-19 breakout they deserve a huge shout-out! We cannot highly recommend Orillia Bakery enough. I called and placed my order and picked it up an hour later....where it was delivered to my car and the machine was brought to my car with gloves so I didn’t have to touch anything. They go above and beyond
