I loved the way the restaurant was decorated. The chicken stripes were so good 3 airplanes took off when we were there. This is my new favorite restaurant.

I have been to the Prefect Landing several times. I just love the environment, have sat outside, just loved it. Tonight my husband and I went with a couple Ralph was celebrating his 85th birthday. The waiter Nicolas was awesome, really did his best to make us happy . We ordered the Schnitzel the couple we were with said they had it the last time they were there it was good..We all ordered it. It was so dried out vegetables were tasteless. Told Nicolas he went back and told the cook. It was stated he was training someone new..Took 10% off. Also 3 of us had Cosmopolitan which was tasteless. I will go back , and give it one more time. But we were all so disappointed this time.

Good Service and atmosphere BUT poor food and weak cocktails. We got 10% off food but no hurry to go back. Had better food on previous occasions

Pretty poor experience here this past weekend. My wife and I were here for her birthday. Waited 20 mins at the door, no one even looked at us, just say something to your patrons who are waiting to eat in your restaurant. The restaurant was half empty but the patio was pretty. The biggest issue was my burger, I ordered the bacon and cheese burger and for 24$ you only get 1 piece of bacon cut in half, that is absolutely unacceptable. I worked in a few corporate restaurants for 5+ years in the city and would be ashamed if I served this. Servers were too busy to care at all. We won’t be back which really sucks cause we love this place.

First time being here, sat at the bar and the bartender didn’t even acknowledge us…never did get a drink. Was sat at our table, took probably 15mins to have someone come over to ask if we were ready to order our food…we still didn’t even have a drink!! Food was very good, again it took a very long time to get our bill once we were finished our meal. Probably won’t return here, even though the food was good, because of the poor service.

Went for a birthday dinner with a party of 12, it was a very long wait for everything, we tried to make a reservation but was told they dont do that, but then when we arrived got asked if we made one, and then other people coming in said they had reservations while we were waiting, so kind of confused on that. The wait between all parts of dinner were long, drinks, apps, dinner, dessert, there was a wait longer than usual, they were busy and we were a big table so we understood. But it could of been better i think had they known we were comin... With all that said.. the food was good. Hot fresh and cooked well, and Menu prices were good as well. Everyone enjoyed they're meal. I will definitely go back. Its such a neat place and a sight to see for sure!

This place has beautiful decor, but the overall management is a total dumpster fire! Hour and 45 minutes to get some nachos a steak sandwich and a kids chicken fingers is totally unacceptable. Wait staff are unexperienced and have absolutely no direction. I have no idea where the manager was, but he should’ve been in talking to tables about the lengthy delay. Was a large group who were sitting outside and had to move in, almost 2 hours after they arrived they were finally getting served their meals. Don’t bother trying to call them because it’ll go directly to an answering service that apparently is not monitored and no messages were returned. .Will not be returning to this place. Do not recommend it!

I called the day before - left a VM to make dinner reservations - they did not have a record of it … asked for a booth - hostess said they were all reserved and then proceeded to give a booth to a walk-in.
Hostess was rude … server wasn’t much better-
Food was good!
Super disappointed- the restaurant used to be excellent.

This was a great little unexpected gem!!! Right on the water and in the airport. We watched several planes land and takeoff on the water while enjoying a delicious meal.
We will definitely return!!!
