Worst place went in to get a felafel sandwich Which is insanely expensive for a small over $13. The employee went to get the falafel. She crushed it in her hands and sprinkled it on the burner. I asked that’s how you give a felafel asked for my money back. Never will I go back you should be ashamed, serving felafel like that. Can’t even imagine what the rest of your menu is like.

Super impressed with our visit for lunch today at Pita pit. The amazing woman working here was fantastic, gave our 2 uear old a juice box and as we were sitting and enjoying our pita she offered a mini wrap for our son so we could put bits of our pita in it for our boy. Super happy with our visit.
Highly recommended, will absolutely be back
Plus food was fantastic
Thank you to the staff here

I've came to this pita pit a few times and every time the girls have been amazing, giving my little one tattoos and taking the time to apply them, and also this last time gave us a juice box and an empty pita for my son as he was sharing with me. The kindness and customer value is top tier. Highly recommend

Ordered a pita for dinner 23.00 and I paid for extra cheddar. When it arrived there was no cheese in the wrap. I called the store to see if they would fix or replace and they responded there's nothing they can do about. When I asked for a manager they said she was busy. Been coming here for a long time but this is the last time.
The girl on the counter was nice however the moment she served us she went to the back and started playing on her phone, completely ignoring the front counter. We wanted to order more food but she was nowhere to be found. After 10 minutes of waiting we decided to leave, and that's when we looked back and saw her just playing on her phone / on call? I don't think there's anything wrong with a quick phone break, however completely ignoring the front is crazy.

Absolutely amazing spot for a quick and delicious lunch! The falafel sandwich is hands-down the best I’ve ever had—crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, perfectly wrapped with fresh toppings and sauces. The place is spotless, and the customer service is outstanding—super friendly, fast, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about quality and their customers. Highly recommended

A much better experience than my last visit to a Pita Pit in Stoney Creek! Thank you for restoring my faith in this business.
Been going to this pita pit for over a year now and have never been disappointed. Foods always amazing and the workers are always friendly. Plus they have the best gyro!
Husband and I both ordered pitas, half way through he gagged on a bite and pulled out a long hair. Against my better judgment I continued eating mine thinking there was no way they both would have one.. sure enough after two more bites there was another hair sticking out from my pita also
