Staff was friendly and fairly helpful. Unfortunately, when I got home and we ate the pitas, the quality was less than other Pita pit pitas we have had at other locations, including a local fair. The chicken was a poor quality with several pieces of gristle in it. The grilled vegetables were raw. I can’t eat raw onion so had to pick it out where I could and spit out if it was already in my mouth. The rest of the pita was very good, but these items ruined the pita. Hopefully changes...
I had input my order incorrectly via Skip the Dishes (it might have been an error on the app) but the employee working at 4pm on 12/12 was super understanding and honored the promotion I intended to order. Really appreciated it!
I've eaten at Pita Pits in Ottawa, Toronto, Collingwood and Kingston and this location is the best by far! My pita stayed together! Really clean location and the food was super fresh. The girl who made our wraps was so friendly and helpful when we wanted to change our order. She did a great job and felt like she took a lot of care when making our wraps.
