It was my first time trying this pizza spot on my way to Alogunim Park, and I’m so glad I stopped by! The pizza was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. But what really stood out was the customer service. The staff were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to feel that kind of hospitality these days, especially on a first visit. Thank you for making a simple stop feel like a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The Very Best Pizza in Orillia!! The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The quality of the pizza is the best. After being away for 3 weeks and unable to eat on an 8 hour flight our son and daughter in law brought a pizza to the airport for us.

Pie isn't like other locations. minimal sauce and cheese at this location. I expected a bit more for two pies delivered for $50. Wouldn't recommend at all, unless you want prompt service, which is why it got any stars. Do better there's a lot of competition in Orillia, and tbh the only reason I got PN is because it's open Monday

I’ve had pizza from other Nova’s and thought nothing of it but this location the staff all genuinely seemed interested in making sure I was happy, satisfied and they got my order to me faster than expected. I did pick up and they greeted me so warmly it was shocking considering I was just a regular person coming in off the street. They also (not sure if it was them locally or not) called and left a msg 5 days later simply thanking me for my order and letting me know they appreciated it. That’s true class. Unfortunate since I can’t imagine many people pick up a call from an unknown number but the added touch is very cool.
