Decided to order XXL pizza on line for delivery. Followed order flow. Choose pepperoni green pepper black olives. Double checked order b4 submitting. Received a plain cheese pizza. Called pizza pizza back but the gentleman I spoke to was not very interested in understanding or rectifying the situation. I’ll take the high road and say “my bad” for seemingly ordered incorrectly but where did the quality of customer service go?? If this were my company, my store, I’d rather focus more on customer retention than customer error.

I started with their Pepperoni pizza served by Viral the store manager, and let me tell you, it was a masterpiece. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, yet still soft enough to fold without falling apart. The balance between the tangy tomato sauce and the creamy, melty mozzarella was absolute perfection. Each bite was fresh and light, with just the right amount of toppings to add a burst of aromatic flavor.

Came in on Valentines day after work. Inside on the store there were 3 people so no line. Took about 15 mins for someone to come up to the register and take my order. Once i told them what i wanted (medium pizza) they told it was going to take at least 2 hours for them to have it ready. This is honestly ridiculous, 2 hours for a medium pizza! never coming back.

3 hours in counting since I ordered and pizza hasn’t even been prepared yet. All I ordered was a pepperoni pizza. Customer service line is absolutely horrible and won’t even give me a refund for the inconvenience. ZERO STAR
This isn't the first time but it'll sure be the last, I live 10mins from the downtown location an for some reason it takes an HOUR to get delivered box soggy from sitting as long as it has an the pizza cold an needing to be reheated in the oven before it can be ate, do your selves a favor and find a different pizza place or you'll be truly disappointed an frustrated

Pizza pizza is usually good. I would say this location could make their pizzas excellent by putting more toppings on the pizza. I got a salami and mushroom pizza and I counted a total of 7 pieces of salami on the entire pizza. It really is just cheese bread and sauce at this point. Please don't cheap out on the toppings! It could be so much better

After long time my visit to PIZZA PIZZA completely redefined what great pizza means. This location is far better than famous outlets for pizzas.
I opted for one of their SUPER PAN CRUST. Following has made me very happy, 1 - The crust was absolutely perfect—golden. It had just the right thickness to hold all the delicious toppings. 2 - Speaking of toppings, they were fresh, plentiful, and well-distributed, making every bite a delight. 3 - The cheese? Melted to perfection, with that perfect stretch you dream about when biting into a hot slice. 4 - What really stood out was the garlic drizzle —tangy, rich, and full of flavour, it tied everything together beautifully.
If you’re new to Orillia or just passing through, do yourself a favour and stop by at this PIZZA PIZZA location. I’ll definitely be going back!
