To whomever was making pizzas on Nov 28th 2025 around 5pm, you did a fantastic job. There was a good helping of toppings making the pizza stand out! Others working should learn from you on how to prepare and make a pizza! This is by far the best order we have had in my 10 years of ordering from you. Pizzas were awesome and there was no absence of toppings! Good job! I am so impressed. The delivery gentleman was amazing too! He is so kind and wonderful. Terrible experience ordering bacon strips premium topping. Could barely see them on the pie. Needed a magnifying glass. Asked the person in charge and they told me thatās what you get. I told him I was disappointed and that I may go back to Pizza Nova for my regular Sat pizza order. He said āokā. Not worried at all. Asked if he was owner and he said ānoā. I told him I figured as much since he had no desire to make me a happy customer. Told me owner would tell me same thing. Not a good business decision and loses a customer holding his ground. Could have easily said āhere let me out a few more bacon strips on if you donāt mind waiting for a couple of minutesā. Would have captured me as a new customer but instead sent me away dissatisified.

I'm a big fan of the XXL, 3 ingredients special. I wish I could afford to make this a weekly treat. Pizza is loaded, fresh, delicious and always a pleasure dealing with the staff.
That is the worst place you can ever order they burn your stuff they don't replace it they give you a credit you don't receive it. I ordered an order from there I waited 2 hours I called into customer service and that store canceled my order and I waited an extra 45 minutes all together 2 hours 45 minutes to find out that they canceled it. Do you see something wrong with that? That stores the most absolutely pathetic place you can ever order from the one downtown on Mississauga don't ever use it absolutely horrible their food is the worst ever
