We were camping at Mcrae point and were looking for pizza as there was a fire ban at the place.
The pizzas were delicious, nicely baked, and generously topped.
The staff is welcoming and curious!

Horrible, horrible, horrible smh We ordered from this place last night spent $70 on a large pizza, 12 wings and wedges and 2 drinks. Delivered wrong drinks he had to go back. As i got up to my hotel room noticed the wings were microwaved and not safe for human consumption raw and uncooked. Wedges were microwaved and stale and pizza was a big clump of disaster. Called back 2nd time to see if they can bring us some wings, tried the baked..another huge dissapointment smelt funny and we are sick with stomach issues today. Health hazzard. STAY AWAY!!!! Do better guys

Most of my experiences at this location were good but ive never had anything delivered I pickup most times on my way home , food hot and never a problem but the last time I walked in to the location ordered a panzerotti got it home to find hardly any sauce on it abit too greasy but there was pepperoni and mushroom on it but not alot called and they quickly fixed the problem and delivered another one At least they were good at following up on a mistake made and offered to deliver another one So I give them credit for good customer service thank you

I’ve been ordering pizza here for 10+ years. Recently noticed there is a cheese shortage. The pizzas lately have had cheese baldness. Sometimes they throw some cheese on top as it comes out of the oven so it’s all patchy looking. I do not want a free pizza. Or a coupon. I just want you guys to make the pizzas better.
I don’t mind the food it’s pretty good and delivery drivers are great but the people on the phone rush through everything so much they mess up orders and I have to call back to confirm things are added or correct and they often miss promotional items like two free bottles of pop of Sundays etc.

Edit: dropped a star. please see additional photos. Head office did reach out to me and offer me an $18 credit which I used yesterday. I ordered at 2pm and wait time for delivery was an hour and a bit, driver arrived smelling strongly of fresh cigarette smoke and pizza was delivered barely warm. At 115 F which is danger zone for food handling. On top of this. I’m not sure why they put dips in a pizza box with heat and in the warm bag. They are cream sauces not meant to be heated up. This has been 3 back to back poor experience with this restaurant. Definitely alternatives in the area.
I’ve given PizzaVille 2 stars based off of my last two experiences , unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing.
First Experience (Delivery): I ordered delivery a couple of months ago, and it took an 1 hr and 40 minutes to arrive. By the time it got here, the pizza was barely warm and all 3 pizzas were wet and soggy. I had to send it back. The delivery driver was very polite and stayed present while I contacted head office, but it seemed like a staffing issue—he had multiple deliveries running 20-30 minutes apart and when paying $10 plus tip for delivery, this is not acceptable.
Second Experience (Pickup): This time, I opted for pickup to avoid the long wait. While the pizza was at least hot when I got home, the toppings were nearly non-existent—each slice had maybe half a slice of tomato and a few strands of onion, which was disappointing.
Other Observations: • The restaurant itself appears clean, but it’s not very welcoming when staff are often seen smoking outside. • Based on my experiences, I won’t be ordering from here again.
Would love to see improvements in service, delivery efficiency, and ingredient portions, as this location has potential!

Ok so this is going to sound crazy but at the age of 39 it was my first time trying Pizzaville. I've tried almost every pizza establishment known to man but for some insane reason I never got around to trying Pizzaville.... yet... I went in to try the new New York style Cup N Char but saw an employee making a few panzorottis and quickly got a craving for one. I ordered a fried pne and the garlic knots which were also fried and I can't believe how good it was especially for the price. It was made so quick and fresh and the employer named Dhruv or Dhruy (I hope I'm saying his name right) was so polite and kind and made sure I'm 100% satisfied that I'll definitely be coming back to this specific location. Don't sleep on Pizzaville yall they know good pizza. Cheers!
